I would love a call back from management to discuss the horrible treatment I experienced tonight at the marina bay location . The bartender that worked the 11pm shift long brown hair very slim was extremely rude and racially profiled myself ! I was at the bar and asked for one drink from a separate bartender told her I might need another as my friend was coming in . The long hair slim white bartender was so rude and I was not her customer she said it was not okay I ordered two drinks and then changed to one. Disclaimer only one drink was prepared and served I would love a call back from leadership to discuss the incident and review of the camera footage because I have never been treated as such ! It was totally unacceptable . I asked for a manger several times before it escalated and next thing I know I’m being removed for asking for a manger I would love for the footage to be reviewed because it made no sense ten minutes into the establishment I’m met with complete lack less of customer service and complete aggression . No one would give me the bartenders name so I can report her . Completely disgusting customer service I will never return or recommend this establishment . BLACK women be aware this place is not for us . You will be met with aggression and complete disrespect . READ THE REVIEWS ! I wish I did prior . If I don’t hear back then I know this is what the brand of Reel house stands for . Watch the cameras back just disgusting how I was treated I didn’t even sip my drink because I was appalled at the treatment . Even the other bartender said she didn’t know what happened but she snatched the drink and allowed me to be removed even though I stood there requesting to know why I was being yelled at . Do better and to spend what the bartenders make and still be disrespected is a insult to injury . I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy this was the worst experience I ever had !
I Contacted the navy yard hospitality group hoping someone cares enough as it appears several complaints from black customers went unnoticed. Someone can access the footage to know what I did wrong as a paying customer .

When taking our drink order the server/manager (at least she said she was) seemed to think my friend "smacked" her lips at her. What she actually had done was "purse" her lips while she thought for a minute. The server made a noise under her breath "flicked" her hand in a dismissive manner and walked away. When approached and questioned about her behavior she claimed she did not have to deal with us and we didn't have to eat there. Never received a drink and got flipped off from the brunette bartender (amazing customer service). This was due to us asking her to serve us even though ever other person around us were getting drinks. To add we were the only non white people waiting. At the end of the day Boston is 15 mins and if I am getting this type of terrible service atleast have Air Conditioning.
