Personnel overdramatic, non trained, and rude! I'm visiting family from the States, and originally we were heading to Naguabo to El Coral, but I decided to stop by instead stay in the area and have a family dinner there. I was drinking and after eating and paying a family ticket I was in a conversation over the phone and stepped out with a 25-cent margarita glass not realizing it. Well a young inexperienced young lady came out with an over-dramatic attitude like I was stealing something of value, and started to smash her hand over the table with such a childish attitude in front of other clients, personnel, and my family, and that guy who thinks that because his tall we were supposed to feel intimidated I guess he is the parking watcher. Well, the scene they provoked was so embarrassing and disrespectful that I just threw the drink to the grass, and here is our ridiculous cheap jar. Make sure you owner to train your young employees to treat customers with the respect and that money spent in your locality deserves equal respect. And let me tell you I ate with my family there all the time when I come home from visiting I'm a recurrent client because I used to like your dishes, but never again I will never again visit your locality. An advise to all Puerto Rico visitors do not let these cheap waiters and staff ruin your happy family dinner right now I'm praying to get to the Better Bussiness Bureau and file a formal complaint and whenever you announce you restaurant I will put my pinch of salt against that disgraceful night I stepped in. I'm a 53 years old war veteran I'm no child not uneducated...

Read moreThe last time I was in PR, I had the best fish tacos, but it wasn’t at Dos Panza. To my disappointment, I found the place I first had great fish tacos but they no longer serve them. I found Dos Panza on google maps while looking for someplace to eat and people raved about the tacos. Well, here I am. I ordered the fish tacos, shrimp tacos, coconut flan, and fried ice cream. The frozen mango was a drink. For the tacos, I asked the server if soft shell was better or hard shell. He recommended soft shell and he did not disappoint. The fish was just right. Not too breaded and there was plenty of fish. They didn’t skimp out. It was also flavorful on its own. The shrimp was … mediocre. I definitely preferred the fish tacos. Coconut flan is something I haven’t seen/had in NY so of course, I had to try it. It’s just right - not too sweet with a hint of coconut flavor. The fried ice cream wasn’t bad either. Cinnamon is a big thing so on the ice cream, I found cinnamon went well with the ice cream. It just tied the whole dessert together. Just an FYI, driving there at night and parking is rough if you don’t want to park in their lot. It looks sketchy. Just know they do have their own parking lot and there was an attendant there to tell you where you can park. I will definitely revisit for fish tacos again. Until next...
