Crab Party — Restaurant in Radcliff

First time experience. Did not know this place existed until today. Better advertisement would help. Parking was easy. First walking in the restaurant there was no one to greet us. We stood for a good 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. The inside could definitely use an update; it was kind of dark and looked like it needed a good cleaning. We soon learned there was only one lady running the front between serving, hosting, taking orders from walk-ins, dealing with pick-ups and bringing the food out to those dining in. For as much work as this one lady was doing, she was doing a really good job. The service was great for what she could provide doing everything herself besides cooking. She was sweet and professional. It really lacked cleanliness. I was grossed out with the menus as they clearly looked like they have not been cleaned, the walls had old food and butter on them. A trip to the bathroom to wash my hands after handling the menus was not much better. The women's restroom was not clean; things definitely were wearing out and one of the stalls was out of order. For starters I am a huge foodie who enjoys seafood and sushi. The food left a lot to be desired, although the service was great. The food tasted pretty horrible, but a polite waiter is always appreciated. (Edit: I am now extremely sick after eating this food)

However after receiving my bill and paying 88$ plus signing $20 tip.. I was asked my experience in which I expressed it of course in a very professional manor. But to be shouted at was uncalled for.. to have the worker be loud with me.. and tell me that maybe I just don’t like their type of food and giving me cultural jabs as if I’m not a chubby kid who consumes food like this on the regular.. lol 😂 I mean come on.. seriously.. just say it… you think I don’t like your food because I’m white..

You can’t be combative with a customer who spends $108 right there in one setting.. respectively.. fix your attitudes.. food.. and if you need some cooking lessons.. let’s take a trip to the hood and learn how to use...

I went on July 22,2022 at around 7pm and it wasn’t crowded The restaurant did have a 100 rating on the health inspection which was great. First the sweet tea wasn’t good we sent it back. I ordered the catfish basket, when it arrive it looked nothing nothing like picture on the menu it looked more like Captain D’s fish. I asked for hot sauce, no hot sauce just that hot harachi sauce. The seafood bag came no gloves or bib was given, I had to ask for gloves. The patatoes and corn were not seasoned just dropped in the bag, the eggs looked old the shrimp was overcooked and the LOBSTER was dry. Thanks is nothing like I expected or like this type of restaurant in Augusta Georgia. I would not recommend...
