Craft House Pizza - Radcliff — Restaurant in Radcliff

Update Sept 3, 2025: Revisited and again it went bad. My wife and I order 2 pizzas over the phone. We were told it would take 15 minutes. I made a few stops before I arrived which took about 30 minutes. Get to the counter and I see 1 pizza box. The hostess was very nice and told me she would check on the other pizza as I noticed the receipt hanging out the pizza at the counter. I heard the cook say that when he took our order, my wife and I were both talking and he only heard 1 pizza being ordered. We were not were not talking as she place her own order and I do not know how this was true as he verified both pizzas before he hung up the phone. Also he should have wrote it down. Sound like he was high explaining this to the hostess but that really rubbed me wrong so I told the hostess that he was a telling a fat juicy lie. Afterwards she place the order for my second pizza as my 1st pizza sat on the counter getting cold. Long story short, I paid for both hot fresh and old cold pizzas. I guess this place is not for me so I will never venture Crafthouse again.

Just left, they close at 11 but walked in the door around 1040. One person in the back cleaning while 2 people were out the back door talking. No one was in the serving area of the restaurant. I stood at the hostess counter/ Togo counter for about 10 minutes. The person outside kept looking in and saw me but never came in but kept talking to the other server. I just want to order something to go, I got tired of waiting so I left. I can imagine the amount of call that didn't get answered to place an order. This is bad supervision and...

Family went to dinner here on 8 Feb 2025, was seated rather quickly. Sat at the table for probably 15 minutes before our drink order was taken. Received drinks and placed an order for an appetizer. We got the bacon cheese fries, overpriced in my opinion for the very little received. Took about 20-30 minutes to get our appetizer. While we ate our appetizer our waitress walked by many, many times without asking if we were ready to order. Finally after the appetizer was completely finished our waitress stopped to ask if everything was ok. The menus were still in our faces and she attempted to walk away rather swiftly. I quickly grabbed her attention to ask if we were able to place our order. I would say from sit time to placing our main course order was approximately 1 hour. We spent over 2 hours here for 2 pizzas and some fries. Meanwhile there was probably a waiting line of 20 people at the door, no waitlist established for seating and 4-5 tables were open at the time. We stopped by this location for a family dinner. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked through the door. The staff was very friendly and welcoming towards us during our dining experience. The dining area was well put together with the tables spaced apart to where you could share and have a private meal with your family without being overwhelmed by surrounding guests.

We ordered the buffalo wings, which were very tasty and juicy! I ordered the chicken artichoke pizza for myself and was met with great flavor and will now be one of my favorite things to eat!

This location is in a strip mall, so they have plenty of parking, no matter what day or time you decide to stop by here!
