El Camino Real — Restaurant in Radcliff

Service is very inconsistent. Furthermore at no time should there NOT be a manager or some type of supervisor on the floor. The waitress we had almost wanted to argue about getting a single fajita with and extra plate of salad. She wanted us to buy a double instead. Why would we pay for something we wont eat. Also we have been visiting this location for years and always order this so why was she giving us a hard time? She is newer not one of the regular staff there. Then she brings my child's tender meal short of 1 tender. My spouse had to get up to get the waitress because she had not returned to the table after the food was delivered. She then argues with my spouse and says depending on the size of tenders they only get two. Then she returned to the table and stated my child wasnt going to get another tender, depending on the size of the tender, they will only get two. My spouse requested to speak to a manager and the waitress said the manager was out driving. So my spouse asked for someone in charge of the cook's. She left and returned with an extra tender. NEVER... in the years we have been visiting we have always gotten 3 tenders with the kids meal. After she went back to the kitchen and brought the third tender, she made the comment that she has always seen three tenders in the kids meal so shes not sure what happened. (Tell me that story makes sense when she just argued with us). THEN she charged us full price when Sunday is half off kids meals. She tried to make it up by being super nice after the fact but she had already delivered poor customer service. I'm use to world class customer service from the staff here so this was very unlike what we are accustomed to from this...

Let me start off by saying the food was good this review is based on service we received after picking up our call in order. When I arrived and picked up our order she asked if I needed the receipt I said no...at the time didn't see the reason... I noticed the queso was missing so I walked back in and informed them it was missing she found my receipt and said we were never charged so she charged me for the queso and I left got home and noticed we were missing flour shells for the fajitas and my order was prepared wrong and burnt and also had an item I didn't order but was charged for...I had to drive back up to the restaurant when I informed them what we were missing and the wrong prepared order and the fact we were charged for an item we didn't order which was never offered to be put back on our card...after waiting for like 15-20 min she walked out with my order informed me it wasn't prepared wrong that it came as ordered aan mind you this was on their menu she never mentioned the burnt food...as she was handing me the food she held up a cup of sour cream and ask if I ordered it I said yes I ordered extra she pulls out my receipt and begins to try and charge me for it I mentioned the item we received that I brought back she said they could just exchange it fir the sour cream which is like 50 cent the order we returned was like $5...I was so upset at the rude service we received my husband used flour shells from home and I ate alone...to say the least we will not be future customers and will take our...

My husband and I went tonight. We have always been before and it has been great. This time, not so much. My husband ordered the shrimp quesadilla. It came out completely wrong. Our waiter was terrible, always ran off from the table. Tried to get him multiple times to tell him. I finally got up and found a young lady, I told her what happened and she seemed annoyed with me. Some blonde haired lady came to the table with his meal and argues with us saying the meal was right. They bring his plate back less than two minutes later, they literally just picked out the onions, tomatoes, peppers. Still wasn’t right even after that.

We talk to the two ladies up front. They are very nice. Took money off the bill and explained they had a new menu change and it’s not updated on the website either.

I was just very upset with the blonde lady who argued with us saying we were wrong when we were not even after we pulled up the menu on the phone. The waiter never came to the table other than to give us drinks, check. Just so rude. Also it took less than 5 minutes to bring out the original food. Seems way too fast for a sit down restaurant. Will not...
