Drive thru line took a long time to move. Was in drive thru over 15 minutes until seen. Ordered 2 burger meals. Received food with cold fries and no seasoning. Went inside restaurant to address the fries being cold with no seasoning to one of the female workers behind the register. Female worker went to let another female worker know about the issue. She then told the female worker those were my fries that she just redid. Once she handed me the fries, I looked in the bag and noticed the fries still had no seasoning. I went back to the female worker and told her “there is still no seasoning on the fries. She brought it back to the other female worker that was working on the fries stationed. She then started to get frustrated that the female worker told her no seasoning on the fries, which was a misunderstanding. Then the lady that was working at the fries stationed stated asking me “why I was mad”. So I then told her “because I waited in drive-thru for over 15 minutes to receive cold fries with no seasoning. She then stated “the system is down at drive-thru” in a rude tone. She then begin to make the fries over. She tossed the fries in the bag and then tossed the bag to me, instead of handing me the bag with an attitude. I begin to tell her how she gave me my bag and how the fries was dumped in the bag very rude. I told her I will give a call to cooperate to let them know how this situation. She then begin to tell me that “I am being recorded on video to see everything”. So I asked her “is she going to make my fries right”. She told me “the fries won’t stand up and she is not making it over” . Then a male worker asked her “can he make it over” and she said “no” and walked away to go talk to another male worker that just got to work. She went over to him to tell him what is going on. While I am waiting the young worker that previously asked her can he make my fries over, ended up fixing the bag of fries to give to me to fix the situation. I then walked out to go grab my phone to come back inside to get her name to report her customer service. I asked her what is cooperate number she told me to google it. I then approach her at the counter and asked her for her name. At first she was hesitant and didn’t say anything and then I asked her again. She said her name is Brittany Smith and that she was the manager. At this point I was in shocked due to the behavior she was giving in front of other customers, workers and myself. She the walked away with a male worker and while they were walking away I heard him say “ain’t nobody going to be yelling at me” in front of the other workers. I then asked him what is his name and he said “Michael D Crosby Jr and I am the manager”. So I said both of yall are the managers acting like this? He then begin to raise the tone of his voice louder and told me to leave and he don’t care if I report him. I then begin to leave
I have never experience this type of unprofessional customer service. Brittany and Michael in my opinion are not professional managers especially in front her the coworkers under them. They definetly did not set the example of being a professional and helpful through a situation that was a misunderstanding. Instead they chose to argue and not try to fix the situation at hand. No one should be treated like I was due to a misunderstanding. In my opinion, Brittany was already frustrated due to the register system going down and my issue just brought more frustration to her. She needs more proper training in being professional environment at work while...
Read moreI wanted to give an update on my recent visit that occurred on 12/31/2023.
We had been on the road for a while and decided to visit this location on the way home. We decided to take the drive thru, and it seemed to take quite a while for them to answer the drive thru as after I said "hello" a couple of times. Once greeted, I asked for a single cheese burger plain with pickles only combo size small. After giving the rest of my order, the drive thru employee asked if I wanted all of my orders "large", which was not correct, but to dull down any confusion I agreed to have all the meals large. When I received the food, I double-checked the order to make sure the single cheeseburger was plain since I have a very picky autistic son. I found onions and pickles on the burger and pointed out to the drive-thru employee that I requested it plain. She took the burger back and, in about 30 seconds later, handed me a burger. I opened the box to make sure the burger was plain, and it was very evident that they simply removed the onion and pickles. I asked the drive thru employee if that was what she did, and she admitted to them just removing the unwanted toppings. I asked for a new burger since you could smell the onions and pickles, and my child would not eat that. The drive thru employee slammed the window shut and was very clear and loud about being upset at me. This was a very rude employee. A different employee ended up giving us a new plain cheeseburger.
I ordered DoorDash from here, and it was delivered hot and fast! Everything tasted fantastic, and it was nice to have a warm meal at lunch without fighting traffic and wasting my lunch time traveling. Everything was made correctly, and my drink was included (most of the places I will forget the drink when it is a DoorDash order). I really appreciate the accuracy and freshness of the food. I received my order within 20 minutes of placing it on the...
Read moreI can’t believe this Freddy’s location is still opened. I spent $13.77 for a burger, fries and regular sized strawberry shake. I drove 20 miles out of my way because I remember how awesome Freddy’s was in Colorado. It took a while in the drive thru even though there didn’t appear to be anyone eating there at the time. I’m guessing that time was spent making my shake, which turned out to be the only edible item in my order. I pulled over and parked in an adjacent parking lot and took out my fries first. They were STALE and COLD and so was my burger. I’m in shock that this is the same establishment that I was used to in COLO. I kept wondering why this location always looked absolutely abandoned, since any other location that I’ve been to has a line around the drivethru and inside the restaurant at any given hour of the day. I think I’ve figured it out now. What a shame. I passed several great hamburger locations, just to have that Freddy’s awesome burger and those amazing match-stick fries that I used to crave!! To spend an outrageous sum of money for garbage food is completely unacceptable! I ended up eating at another burger place because of such a horrible meal served by Freddy’s. Needless to say, I highly suggest that people reconsider their choice to eat here! Especially when the cost is so high. I ended up drinking my $13.77 by way of a very good, but outrageously expensive when that was the only item that was edible. This is certainly not the high standard meal that I used to enjoy, it rather a poor excuse for a meal. I don’t know if the teenage employees or the management or owner of this location is to blame, but they need to get out of the food service industry if this is what they consider a good meal for the...
