McDonald's — Restaurant in Radcliff

Went there 4 times on Monday April 14th. To replace a sludge-like liquid old frappe, and since I had the kids I sent my mother. Each time she brought back more frappes, but it was the same mixture. (We live 1 mile from the mcdonalds so they did not melt) I even called and asked to speak to a manager and have them re-make the frappe before she went the last time. She brought back more frappes, same mixture. It was around 7-830. I guess they were still using frappe mix from previous shift, and new shift was not making new ones. I can see employee trying to get away with once, but by the third time and we had already talked on the phone before the third time, and they still hadn't made new frappe mixture? This was SLIME I poured 8 of them down my sink because none of them were drinkable and they wouldn't take them back. Ive had mcdonalds frappes before, that was old, but in case they try and comment otherwise, I've worked retail/food service, the employee needs to be trained on how to make them correctly or the machine needs to be fixed. I'll go to 110 s dixie blvd from now on. I contacted corporate last night there will be no 4th time going back, I'm waiting...

Stopped by there on the way to work on the morning of 12/18/21. Ordered 2 breakfast burritos, 1 sausage, egg and biscuit, 1 large coke and 1 large sweet tea. Paid at the first window, go to the 2nd window and they asked me to pull forward behind the car that was already waiting for their food.

I waited about 10 minutes and then was asked to pull around to the front of the building. I waiting another 20 minutes. At this point I am getting late for work.

So I walked inside and asked about my order. No one seemed to know what was going on. Finally they told me that I was waiting on the 2 burritos. Seriously? 30 minute wait for 2 burritos?

I asked for a refund because I had to get to work. About that time the 2 burritos were done so I took them and left.

No sense of urgency was to be seen on any worker back there. It appeared to be dumb luck that they were producing anything.

Next time I am asked to pull forward at any McDonald's restaurant, I am not. If you don't have time to get my order done, you don't have time to get the order behind me done. So I am not...
