I had tint applied to the front two windows of my wife’s van and a tinted windshield visor. The company did a great job getting the car in and out of the shop within the time of the appointment. The customer service was good, but not excellent. I called to check in on the vehicle after dropping it off was informed that they’d already called and left a voicemail, but unfortunately they didn’t get my number right. Something that could’ve been caught when I first dropped the vehicle off.

I didn’t get any type of explanation about the product I purchased other than verbal instructions to not roll the window down. I also didn’t get any warranty paperwork or any sort of paperwork for the tint that was actually used. I’ve had vehicles tinted other places before and normally get a little folder with the receipt etc. I asked for ceramic and assume that’s what it is, but really have no way of knowing the type of product used. I just have a copy of the credit card purchase receipt.

I went there to get two speakers replaced. Front passenger and back drivers side. Everyone was very nice. The speakers work wonderfully. Once I picked my car up, my front passenger door would not lock anymore and the window made a weird clickng noise. I have never once had an issue at all with the door locks or the window. As expected, I was told it wasn't because of anything they did, it had to be coincidental, or I have bad timing. They offered to install a replacement actuator for free as long as I bought the part. I agreed. They were supposed to call me back with a price but they never got back with me. I want to like the place so much. I would probably give them another shot but this whole door lock and window clicking thing just put a very bad taste...

First, I'd like to start off this review by stating that I went in with a certain budget in mind; After speaking to Patrick, he listened to me on what I was looking to achieve and then told me how he could help. I took his advice and continued with the the install. After picking up the truck, I was not happy with the way it sounded. We took it back, and Patrick did everything he could do to make me a happy customer.

I am thrilled he was able and also knowledgeable enough to help change the issue I was having. By far the best customer service I have gotten.
