Typically 5-star ratings are reserved for establishments under the “food” category. I could not help myself. I came to this shop after having my hair abused consistently by self-proclaimed “Locticians”. All that got me was a dread that was hanging on by a thread, a style I did not desire and multiple appointments missed because the service provider was unprofessional in their booking process. Ms. T here at Loc Nuttz not only has the booking process down to a science, she would also show up to our appointments from getting off work at another job. Bringing fire, desire and the actual will to provide the best customer service imaginable. I come here monthly for a reason and if I’ve had a bad week, I at least know that coming in to get serviced will be the highlight...

Stop by Loc Nuttz! Ali TKO is nothing shy of astounding! Upon arrival, I received a more than welcoming greeting from the team. She initiated my visit with a brief and helpful conversation about my service (Very appreciative for that). To kick off my appointment, she first shampooed and deep conditioned my hair to meet my personal hair care needs (the shampoo service was like a scalp massage!! 🙌🏽). I booked an appointment for a frontal install with a sew in, and I have to say money well spent! Ali is AMAZING!! I also enjoyed the other stylist, the atmosphere, and music. I had great conversations and laughs. I WILL BE BACK!!

My best friend git her hair braided here. Let me tell you it was such a blessing to be there. Nothing but hard working, beautiful, and amazing ladies. They really did that okayyyyy.
