UPDATE: After this happened, the manager called my house and left a message apologizing for hanging up on us. I appreciate the effort to reach out and moved my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

I have to say I had a terrible experience tonight. I have had good food in the past. I was running late so had to print a menu off their website. I called to use a coupon that was on the printed menu. I was informed that the coupons were expired and there was a small note on the website that indicated this. I did check and they were correct about the note. I asked if they had any other comparable offers since I thought it was misleading to have the current web printed menu include coupons they considered expired.

The man on the phone informed me they had nothing and he didn't want to do anything as a substitute given the incorrect current information on their website. He then literally HUNG up on me.

As a regular customer, I don't think there is anything worse from a customer service perspective.

First I'd like to state that I've been eating pizza in this area for 3 yrs now. Many local shops independent and franchises. The customer service on the phone and in person is superb. I ordered waffle fries which were tasty and actually crispy when I got home. The whole order was packaged properly and even under the pizza there was a piece of waffled paper for the juices. The pizza was a pepperoni (quality large slices), mushroom (real fresh mushrooms- not the canned like other places), sausage(Italian sausage sliced nicely and not chewy). The sauce was on top of the cheese and the perfect amount of tangy/sweet freshness very good sauce. The crust was the perfect consistency all the way to the tip of the slices. No thin spots or floppy falling apart. The cheese you can tell is fresh and tastes great under the sauce. This is by far the most difficult review I have written so far. In all fairness the food was better than average but was not even close to being as good as some other Philly suburban places. I suppose for that area it is one of the better places. I don't know what that says. Maybe people around there don't get out much. However, I was highly disappointed with the dishonesty I encountered at this place. I paid with a debit card. There were six of us so I spent a decent amount. We didn't get pizza, we each got an entree which is more than just pizza would be. What they did was tack on 4 per cent after the fact when I was reconciling my account. I still have the receipt but the debit to my bank account was higher. If you want the customers to eat your charges, that's your choice but the way you did it was deceitful.
