Wawa — Restaurant in Radnor Township

Unfortunately, this is the lowest-performing Wawa in the area. Service quality needs improvement. When I asked about a latte, the young employee at the coffee station incorrectly told me that lattes don’t contain espresso and was very rude and put out when I tried to clarify. There is also an older man in that or in the food prep station who is incredibly rude.

Additionally, this location has had safety concerns in the past, including a shooting a few years ago. Overall, better employee training, customer service, and management oversight are needed to improve both the experience and safety here.

The food is usually fine, most of the cashiers are nice- but way more oversight in employee management is needed overall- there are some very sour employees in the bunch.

This a smaller wawa. At peak times it is usually packed but that creates issues because there are only about a dozen parking spots. Combine that with construction workers in work trucks getting food or coffee and you might want to skip this place in the mornings. If you go in off peak hours it’s much better. They have a wide variety of drinks and snacks. Wawas deli sandwich used to be the very best but you can tell the quality has gone down hill in recent years. Still if you get a sandwich it will be decent and cheap so for many people that is enough for them. The food here is on par with subway in that you can tell they get the pre processed foods shipped to them in containers and just assemble them in the store as opposed to slicing cold cuts or baking the bread fresh every day. The so called "overnight shift supervisor" is horrible at serving people 🙄 he needs to be replaced. He apparently made my pumpkin cream smoothie incorrectly. He forgot the toppings that go on top of the whipped cream. On another occasion, I ordered a chili with beans and when he served it to me, it was messy on the sides of the container!!!
