Dunkin' — Restaurant in Rahway

If it was possible I would give this place no stars. I have been a dunkin donuts customer for a while i frequently go to the Dunkin' in North ave in scotch plains. They never fail to make my orders exactly perfect. Today in a rush I decided to order from the dunkin in rahway on saint georges ave. I walked in it was a nice place but once i walked up to the counter was when it all went down. I ordered a white mocha hot chocolate as advertised on the board above the cashier. The cashier told me they do not have any white mocha. Instead i said "then i will have a medium chai latte" she asked if i wanted it hot with milk and sugar i said yes. When she asked if i wanted anything else i said "a bacon egg and cheese bagel" now i was not very quiet but she still repeatdd it back asking "a bacon egg and cheese croissant" one of her worker walked up and helped her place my order once done i realized i was charged for extra hash browns and ended up with a medium original latte with 4 sugars and 1 milk. Which is not how a chai latte is made. I was very dissatisfied with my experience at the Dunkin donuts on St.Georges Ave. I will continue to bring my buisness to the Dunkin donuts on North Ave Scotch Plains or the Dunkin...

I really want to like this place because the people are generally nice but tonight at 7pm to wait for a hot mocha latte for 20 minutes in the drive thru is a bit much. Not only did the girl taking my order not pay attention, because they initially tried to give me an iced latte, but I know I ordered hot because it was 37 degrees outside, but she literally stood behind the window with her back turned on her phone. The other two girls were busy talking. I guess they were working because I got my drink eventually but it was all a bit much. I wasn't even in line behind people waiting; there was no one in line and I was waiting at the window..... just waiting.... and waiting. I understand alot of fast casual places are short-staffed so I try to be as patient as possible. Maybe if they were hustling and rushing around looking busy, instead of texting and eating and standing around talking, it would have made the wait more understandable. And that drive thru situation there and that side street is almost as bad as the Starbucks in Cranford. Sucks because it is close and convenient, but it's just not a great spotabs this wasn't a...

It must have been a good at some point as I see an average of 4 star. I had only one visit and had a below par experience. So can’t rate more than the bare minimum. The order was served with the wrong flavor and I realized after taking a sip. When I inquired about it then the guy was not at all friendly and said that I did not ask the correct order. He also initially refused to replace it with the correct order. When I was still able to convince him to replace then gave me something else again which was no way close to what I had asked for. He then also insisted on having the drink back which I had sipped once already. I found that funny, honestly. Eventually, I had to return everything and got my refund.
