So rude! I cannot even tell you how rude! We were going for ice cream and asked if we were able to order baskin robins through the drive thru line. He started off with just a very curt yes. Then when we ordered a banana split he said he couldn’t so that. (Which was fine), so we went off the online menu and ordered a cookie dough sundae (which he had us repeatedly tell him) he then switched off the mic and was dead silent for a good 10 mins (we debated going somewhere else at this point) when he finally came back he had us repeat the order multi times. When we got to the window he couldn’t remember the ice cream or what we wanted for toppings or anything about our order. All the while being rude about it all. At one point he even said they don’t make that dish (which was cookie dough ice cream and hot fudge) After being so rude and curt with us multiple times we asked for a refund (before even getting our food) and he threw our refund receipt and everything back at me in the window. I can tell he was having a bad night but it wasn’t even that busy with just one other car behind us and one other person in the store. No reason to treat a potential customer the way he did. I can honestly say it’s the last time I visit that store. And his poor coworker, he kept yelling at him too. Read moreI tried to order some ice cream from them via Postmates, but instead of letting the Postmates people know they didn't have the ice cream I wanted when they received the order, they waited until the driver got there, and it turns out they didn't have much of anything at all beyond vanilla and chocolate. Since that's no where near what I had asked for (I had wanted the caramel Oreo flavor), I had to cancel my order, and so I'm out four dollars because the driver was already there, and Postmates charges you if you cancel after the food has been "prepped", though they didn't have what I had asked for, so I don't know how it could have been prepped.
I'm willing to believe that the reason for the lack of flavors is because I tried to order two hours before they closed, but this should have been cleared up with Postmates before the driver made her way there if they didn't have what...
