If I could give -10, I would. I don’t mean walk away. I would run away from this Realtor company. I was working with Jerry Diamond on some property that my husband and I were interested in. We drove down and put in a bid. Jerry told us that the seller had accepted our bid. She sent us a contract to sign, but it was incorrect. I called her about it and she admitted that it was incorrect so we both agreed that we would meet the next morning at the property so that I could pay the due diligence and sign the new corrected contract. Upon arriving at the property, Jerry comes out and says she has bad news. It seems that she has sold the property to someone else because after all, I didn’t sign the contract which was incorrect. No one should be treated like this!!! She let us drive all the way back to the property just to tell us that it would no longer be ours. Can it get any more unethical? You can imagine the disappointment. She also told several untruths. So if you want to be jerked around and disappointed by all means, call Jerry. Don’t say you weren’t warned. Oh, and we did talk to Brian either the manager or the owner and although he did say he was sorry, pretty much he said there was nothing he could do. I can’t say enough about my experience with Choice Residential. The most professional and responsive agency I have ever worked with. Made the sale of my house so easy. It’s the little things like their feature cards placarded around the house that impressed me. Being able to highlight special features helped open the eyes to otherwise overlooked items like a a hidden wall safe, generator etc. Their team effort made the sell quick within two days at over the asking price with multiple offers. We feel like they were really looking after our best interest. They helped up with so many aspects I can’t describe. They really made the process easy and painless. I bought the house we sold from Brian and I wouldn’t buy another house in that area without Brian and Taylor’s help again. Taylor was also amazing, prompt and professional.
