BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Raleigh

I went to Biggby for the first time today on my lunch break. When I arrived all the baristas backs were to the counter, and I stood there for a few until one of them realized a customer was waiting. My coworker asked for extra boba in their iced Scuba, and either they didn’t hear me ask for that extra addition or the boba servings are really small. Seemed like a normal amount to me and my coworker. There was also barely any ice which is usually whatever but by the time I made it 10min back to work there was none, lol. I ordered a Cookie Butter iced latte and there is zero flavor to it other than espresso. Either syrup wasn’t added or the Cookie Butter lattes aren’t flavorful? I also wish I would have been asked if I wanted whipped cream, because I would’ve thanked them for asking - I hate whipped cream. My Turkey Havarti Bagel was meh. Very hot and fresh, just lacking in cream cheese & not sure it was worth $5. At the end of the day, I’m glad I didn’t DoorDash because this order on DD would have been $26 compared to the $17 I paid in person. I probably won’t be back, which is a bummer, because I really wanted a coffee shop that wasn’t a big chain. I don’t mean this review as a blast to the company or employees - just trying to give...

Thank you Biggy Coffee for the wonderful drinks, and for making my service dog feel he is part of the NC family with his own drink (puppicinno); this point in particular is why I'm giving a raving review, as I've had been to other competitor's cafes who unfortunately would try to discriminate me and my service animal unless I provided "proof". Due to my previous experiences of discrimination, I always bring P. Bear documents along with me as a precaution, but Biggy Coffee trusted me and my SD and went above and beyond with their service. Biggy Coffee acted like a family, which I truly appreciated; their positivity and generosity went a long way, and we both felt cherished by the staff 🤗

In addition, the cafe has a beautiful, enclosed study space with a TV, perfect for a business meeting, conferences, or just to study if needing a quiet space. 🤘🏻

I hope to come back, or hopefully, encourage Biggy Coffee to move to...

Love this new place in Raleigh. So many choices. The employees are friendly. They have great specials that they post on Facebook. Updated 8-7-24: It has been a while since I posted this, but I had to say that I continue to love this Biggby. I teach at the school across the street and actually missed not stopping by on the way home--especially on Mondays ($3.99 lattes) and Wednesday (BOGO lattes) during summer vacation. We have even walked over to use their meeting space to have a grade level meeting on a workday. They are always friendly and accomodating. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Kiara! I went in recently and they were very busy. I was giving my order and she helped me by telling me a more efficient way to order my regular lattes--reduced calories. When I came in today to try it out, she was there, remembered me and remarked that it was indeed easier to order that way. She remembered me and took the time both visits to say something even though they were extremely busy. I highly recommend this Biggby!!! Keep up...
