JP MED SPA — Local services in Raleigh

I went here back in late July! It was my first time visiting JP Med Spa, and I just want to start by saying that I was extremely impressed! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which obviously made me comfortable before receiving my service especially coming back from a recent trip to Asia and able to match with treatment I had there to here (and when they'll have certain things). Everyone was professional, and went out of their way to explain things and offer additional consultations for other services that the spa offers including various lasers. I also enjoyed how it was a quiet and relaxing environment, I was offered even Perrier sparkling water. I had Stacy for a facial! To this day, I haven't followed my skin regimen except sunscreen as usual and get compliments all the time. From my dermatologist to my pharmacist, who says I don't need to do tretenoin and hydroquinone and that my skin is usually glowing. I love the conversations I had with everyone and look forward...

Jin is very knowledge and her equipment is out of this world. The most high tech stuff. I had filler with her during my first appt. She spent a lot of time with me explaining different options and the process.

After the procedure is complete she follows up with you personally. She takes the time to review your post procedure photos, does a phone call, and follow up appt, if needed, to see how you’re doing.

It is a very high touch, special sort of service you receive here. This is not just an in and out see you in 4 months for your next thing sort of place. She really cares about her clients.

When needed she consults with peers and the makers of her products to understand best next course for her clients.

I recently visited for a nano needling facial, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, Stacy made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcomed. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind.

What truly stood out was how personable and kind everyone was. Stacy and Jin took the time to listen to my concerns and really made an effort to address them thoughtfully. Their knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the entire experience, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in good hands.
