If I could give this place a 1/2 star I would. Absolutely the WORST & slowest service in the history of fast food! Rude staff & you literally wait 10 min in the drive-thru waiting for service...I don't see how this place has stayed open over the yrs. And they never have the specials, like other BKs. I don't eat at BKs often & now I know why. Take your $$$ elsewhere. The staff order taker literally told me i should've given or told her i had a coupon prior to taking my order & i should be glad she didn't ring me up twice and next time present the coupon after ordering the burger!!! SAY WHAT?!?!?! i was shocked you had the gall to talk to me in such manner! And then she had an 'attitude' huffing & puffing her breath as she closed or i should say "slammed" the drive-thru window. i was so pissed off. Then they omitted or forgot to include my food & screwed up the order, so i had to turn around. And then she had an attitude for her & her cohorts screwing up my order....LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT! i had it and asked to speak to her manager.
The Latino guy then explains to me their preference policy in using coupons, i was like "DUDE YOU ACT LIKE I KNOW YOUR FREAKING ORDERING POLICY!" you act like its clearly posted to present coupons....goodness we're talking about a freaking coupon! Who cares. Just f'n add it to my order. I could care less if i told you lastly or in first or in the middle of my order! I'm putting my dollars $$$ in coming to this piece of crap restaurant & then being spoken to by some low class, median wage earning order taker w/a GED! ...
Read moreUpdated 9/3: Still 5 stars! We went to this location last Friday at lunchtime. They were busy but we were able to get our order placed and our food within a timely manner. The lady that took our order was Viola, and she was very patient and friendly. It is nice to have someone like her working the drive-thru as she was very pleasant. We placed an order for three combos, one being the impossible whopper. Everything in our order was correct (including adding cheese and whatnot). The drinks were also correct and we were able to get a sweet and sour sauce for the fries. Wonderful meal and a wonderful experience! Thank you!!
We came here for a quick lunch while my parents were in town. We went inside to order as the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. Lots of places to park at this location. Inside there was also a line but it moved very quickly. The guy who rang us up was very pleasant and easy to talk with. While waiting, there were several people that came up due to their order being wrong and needed something swapped, etc. During our visit, (and every other time I have visited this BK), our order has always been correct. I do double check to ensure but have never had an issue. We used their app and got the 2/$5 Whopper Jr meals for my parents. We also purchased two impossible burger combos for myself and my husband. We ordered an iced coffee, a chicken biscuit (on croissant), a sausage and egg biscuit with no cheese, an iced tea, a water, and two small hash browns. There was no one else in line; however, we pulled forward. After waiting for twenty minutes, I went inside the store where I stood at a counter for nearly five minutes before being noticed. I was told they were getting it ready. There were four employees behind the counter. There was only one other customer in the store. Finally, after a half hour of waiting, I was given my "fast food" only to be accused of stealing the food because I "didn't look like the guy in the window". I explained I had been a passenger in the car. I had an appointment that I was going to be late for due to this, so I quickly got back in the car and drove away. This is when I discovered I had no straws. I was given a sausage egg and cheese biscuit instead of my chicken on a croissant. I called the store. The phone rang for several minutes and was not answered. I called back again and spoke with an employee. The employee identified himself as John. I asked John for a refund and offered to even come back after my appointment. This is when the man hung up on me. Absolutely unacceptable.
