We went here tonight, party of 9, had a great time, here's the detailed breakdown, scale of 1-10 (Sadly, no pics, we dug in before I could even think to get a camera out!!) atmosphere 9, spacious, yet cozy, wasn't crowded when we were there, 5:30pm, Cleanliness 9, bathroom was clean great mirrors/lighting, paper towel dispenser and dryer. dining room clean Lots of TVs for game watching

Allow me to paint a picture of a dining experience that has stunned my taste buds and left me craving more – a place where organic produce, grass-fed burgers, and dietary accommodations meet in a whirlwind of culinary delight. Enter this gastronomic paradise filled with gluten-free and vegetarian options, catering to all palates and leaving no one behind.

Nestled in the heart of Glenwood South, this gem serves up top-notch grass-fed burgers, truly setting a new standard for burger joints. Not only are the ingredients ethically sourced, but you can taste the quality in every juicy, lip-smacking bite. Each burger is expertly seasoned, grilled to perfection, and married with an array of fresh, vibrant toppings that create a symphony of flavor. They have tons of fusions to craft the perfect burger. I tried the California Mystery and loved it!

But that's not all. This restaurant plants itself firmly on the map with an impressive array of gluten-free options, proving that a lack of gluten need not mean a lack of taste. Their gluten-free buns, which one might expect to be dry and crumbly, are surprisingly soft, light, and so pillowy that they virtually hug the burger in a tender embrace. Do your taste buds a favor and indulge in the gluten-free, organic hand cut fries that are guaranteed to make your taste buds dance with delight.

For my vegetarian friends, fear not! This thoughtful eatery is determined to make you feel the love, providing phenomenal veggie burgers that looked pretty satisfying. The sever said many customers swear they “aren't missing out on a thing”. Dense and well-seasoned, these patties will have you questioning whether vegetarian food could truly taste this delicious. Their farm-to-table approach ensures that the salads, bursting with colorful, seasonal greens and vegetables, are not only delicious but also a guilt-free choice.

This five-star oasis pays homage to the mantra that food should be both a nutritious and decadent adventure. The staff is warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, adding to an experience that is truly unparalleled. Do yourself (and your taste buds) a favor and dive into this wonderland of organic, grass-fed, gluten-free, and vegetarian offerings – it is not simply dining, but a journey worth...

I have to say that I am truly having a hard time trying to write a good enough review about this restaurant. Let me first say that my wife and I started tonight out by looking for a place to eat with good reviews like most others in the world. We then followed that up with looking at the menu and more importantly the pictures of the food, which unfortunately I will say I dont have any to share more about that later. What we saw in the pictures was images of food that looked to be like real food in the pics. So we said sure let's give it a go. This by far was not a bad decision at all. The food that was served was exactly what was in the pictures that we saw, this alone was amazing. Then I took a bite. Let me tell you the visible quality that went into making that burger was amazing and something I have wished to see probably for most of my life. You could see the individual layers of all the ingredients that made my burger evenly and neatly separated into a nice edible piece of art. The flavors were nothing short of perfect and to top it off the cook managed to cook both burgers we had tonight to almost perfection. My wife's temperature was spot on mine was probably 20 seconds off of being perfect. Our waiter Savin was a well behaved, very polite, and comfortable person to talk too. He did not miss a beat at all and made sure we were happy, which me made sure to let him know that we were. What I can't understand for the life of me is why this place isn't packed? I get the red meat scare but this isn't your standard burger place, a wide variety of meats including red meat that isn't horrible for you, vegan burgers, and gluten free options pretty much ensure you can find something to eat here. We added an order of fried pickle spears that were also as pictured and also tremendously tasty. Because the food was so good I took one bite and totally forgot about pictures. To top it all off the owner for lack of spelling ability I will reference as Mrs. S came to talk to us after our meal and we also had a pleasant conversation. So I will say this to end it. If you want the best burger around, and I mean better than bad daddy's, Joe's, and the like please go see my new friends at Burger Village and I promise you won't be...

Update: Second visit was much better than the first. I ordered the salmon burger, I will admit for salmon it had a pretty fishy flavor (I know it's a fish but I eat salmon almost constantly and it's not usually that fishy), however I got the toppings recommended for the salmon burger and it was pretty delicious. The flavors were there and complimented the burger well! My sister ordered the elf burger cooked medium rare with the "oh deer" toppings, she said her burger was fantastic. Cooked perfectly and the topping complimented the meat well. My boyfriend got the bison burger with the "jalo pkwy" toppings. He said his burger was cooked perfectly with the toppings matching up with the meat well. I still recommend bringing your own seasoning lol, atleast some salt and pepper because the meats are not seasoned. The restaurant is very clean and well laid out to give you plenty of space. Service was quick and attentive. Definitely a good place to stop in for a bite! First visit: I'm hoping today was just an off day but I was not impressed at all. We were seated quickly but then our waiter kept disappearing. We ordered drinks, waiter disappeared. Went to a different table, took their order, disappeared, went to another table took their order, disappeared then returned to take our order. I got a bison burger, medium with cheese, lettuce and mayo and a side of frings (onion rings and fries) Boyfriend ordered a bison burger, medium, jalo style and a side of seasoned fries. I don't think there was any seasoning on these burgers at all. Not even the basics of salt and pepper. The cheese didn't even have any flavor. My fries were unseasoned but the onion rings had a nice crisp. Ranch tasted like it came out of a store bottle. A friend ordered the fried pickles and they looked seasoned but tasted like straight dill, no additional seasoning. When we were ready to leave, the waiter handed us our receipts, I had my card ready in hand to pass to him and he turned and walked away, not a word said. I'm willing to give this place another try because they did have a huge selection of vegan options and I'm always trying to find places like this for friends but today the food and service was severely lacking.

Overall Rating: 3.9/10 An underwhelming experience for a burger-focused restaurant. While it offers unique meat options like ostrich, the overall taste of the burgers doesn’t live up to expectations. Better burger places are out there. Not sure how this place has a 4.7 star on Google at this time. Atmosphere: 4.2/10 The interior is modern and appears newly renovated. However, the seating is too cramped, with tables so close that privacy is compromised. The cleanliness of the place is a plus. The giant lock on the door might give the impression that it's closed. Service: 4.9/10 The waitress was friendly and checked in occasionally, which was nice. However, she removed a plate with food without asking, which was bothersome. She did take time to walk through the menu, especially helpful for first-time visitors. Food: Loaded Fries: 5.9/10 Better than average, a good choice for those who enjoy nachos. The fries could have been crispier. Beef Burger with Bacon: 4.1/10 Disappointingly average, especially given the restaurant’s focus on burgers. Despite claims of high-quality ingredients, the burger lacked in flavor and seasoning. The bun was basic. Chicken Sandwich: 4.9/10 Similar to the burger, it was basic and lacked any standout taste. Onion Rings: 4.1/10 These were bland and typical, reminiscent of frozen onion rings made in an air fryer. Value: 2.2/10 The final bill, with a 20% tip, was $75 for two burgers, a kids' meal, loaded fries, and onion rings. Considering the overall quality and taste, this price felt too high and didn't reflect a good deal, especially compared to other burger joints. 5 guys seems to be a better value than this place.
