I was passing through the area and stopped here on Friday, February 10, 2023 around 8:36pm. I didn't think much of the fact is was close to closing time of 9pm because typically all chick-fil-a's service is top notch. Man I was wrong! I ordered roughly $41 worth of meals and sides. As I was getting back on the highway my daughter told me the order was wrong to go back. I got off the high way to get back on I was 4 minutes away and calling the store. They answered at 9:02pm and told me they could not fix the order. If I would like to come back tomorrow and they could make the order over or provide a refund. I explained I am passing through I do not live in the area I would just like a refund I have the receipt number. The guy proceeded to tell me that their policy is for refund I have to come in person. It is best if I call my bank.
February 14, 2023 I called my bank put in a claim with them they advised me to try calling the restaurant back and talk to someone else. If I am to resolve to call them back and they will remove the claim.
I did just that, I called again and asked to speak with the manager a lady named Megan came to the phone. She listened to me and then placed me on hold. When she returned to the line she took my contact information and said the General Manager would call me back within a few hours. (It was 1:43pm). I have yet to receive a call back.
Today February 15, 2023 I called the 1-800 customer service number where they located my receipt info (I manually entered it in the app the same night just incase I would lose the paper copy). The rep explained each establishment is individually owed and so he sent over the information to the store so they can review and reach out to me. It is at their discretion.

Read moreI have never experienced a Chick Fil- a like this one- it was HORRIBLE! 1. I started out as the only car in the drive- thru but had to wait over 15 minutes for my food. 2. There were 2 girls at the window typing on their phones and giggling, while the cars waited. I must say there were 3 employees hustling but it appeared those orders were DoorDash. 3. I sat watching them talk, giggle, and type some more on their phones, with NO sense of urgency for the customer waiting. 4. Unfortunately, I observed one of the girls touching the inside of her eye, then her face and then proceeded to smooth her hair down, without washing her hands. 5. The same girl then touched multiple bags of food that had been placed there while she and her friend played around. 6. I gently advised her to wash her hands and attempted to discourage her from serving people without doing so, but she looked annoyed and proceeded to hand out orders. 7. A young man attempted to reassure me her actions were not okay and assured me she didn’t have time to wash her hands because they are/were very busy. I suggested he look at the accumulation of cars in the drive thru and encourage them to work and not play. Furthermore, I inquired why he didn’t suggest she wash her hands when he observed the something that I did. At that point, I requested a refund. I pulled up waited a few minutes and he comes back to verify the payment method, which was Apple Pay. He asked for my phone to go inside to issue a refund but I declined! He stated my food is ready and I agreed so I didn’t hold up the line. When I arrived home, the fries were disgusting- overcooked and my sandwich was mysteriously wet and I ordered 8 grilled bites and I am not sure what I received. Anyway, I will not be visiting this...
Read moreI called back to notify them that the food was not cooked fresh mto order as requested. The Human Resources director who answered the phone stated that they do not cook anything fresh to order when requested NOT EVEN THE FRIES, the chicken and macaroni tasted as if it had been sitting all day to the point that the corners of the bread on the sandwich were hard and pieces of the macaroni were crunchy. My coworker didn’t even eat the food and I don’t think the food should have been in that condition if it were fresh. I didn’t even get to explain all of this due to the Human Resources Director rudely cutting me off, I asked for the DM number or the individual over her which she stated she couldn’t give out. She did say she would take my Number, & give it to the operator Jake but I truly doubt that and offered to give me corporates number. She had an excuse for everything never once apologized or offered a cookie even. I frequent chick fila very often whether it’s doing door dash, Uber eats, or for my self I’ve never heard of this and this is the first time I’ve ever had this issue. I’m not a complainer the young lady who took the order was great though and was moving the line promptly, not a long wait time at all so I figured it would be a great experience my first time at this location. It went wrong as soon as I was passed the food, I asked the young lady if the fries and food was fresh and SHE Lied and said yes. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND will make sure I tell my passengers I drop off at the hotels near there to go to the chick fila elsewhere or to the one in north hills!!!
