Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Raleigh

this was by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. the restaurant is new, so it’s very clean, but the staff are not trained well enough to be serving.

my burrito was taken straight from the fridge and was cold to the touch, much worse, hard to bite though. the barbacoa is sat in a dry pan instead of soaking in its liquid. my bowl was maybe a 1/4 full of rice? felt super weird having to ask for what is a normal portion at other locations.

i was double charged for drinks when i didn’t ask for 2, and it wasn’t confirmed until after i paid. wasn’t given the chimichurri i purchased and had to go get it myself after realizing it wasn’t in the bag.

This was my first time visiting this location and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, I was greeted by employees arguing over who would prepare my bowl. Once it was decided, the portions given were very small, which was frustrating. The service overall was slow. While one employee worked on my order, three others stood around doing nothing, even as a line began to form. The lack of efficiency and teamwork was noticeable. Went to this Chipotle yesterday because it was new and had the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The rice was overcooked and had no cilantro in it, there were no beans, my steak had to be at least two days old. It was as hard as cardboard. I barely got any guacamole and was charged over $4 for it and there were no water cups as well as the machine being broken in general.
