The staff is wonderful and really cared about accommodating my needs for a custom-made ring using an unconventional design and a stone I already owned. Excellent. I recently worked with Jo and Deb to purchase an engagement ring and couldn't believe how much fun I had throughout the process. They prepared for our initial meeting by having a number of loose stones and settings ready for when I came in. Jo took a ton of time educating me about diamonds and showing me different stones; I really felt like I could trust them which was important to me on such a large purchase.
