We never received a refund and I have yet to have a person from the store answer today; management or front desk.
After waiting over an hour for our order we received calls to our contact number but they were sent to voicemail automatically. We attempted to call back but did not get an answer. We called the store and were told that they would reach out to the driver for info and let us know. We did not hear back for another 20 minutes at which point we called the store again and told them we would like a refund. The clerk told us the driver got a flat and another driver had to deliver to us and should be arriving shortly. As much as that is terrible for the driver, it is also not the customers fault and should not lead to the expectation that the customer eat cold food. We declined the food and asked for a refund instead at which point the food had been dropped off on our front porch. The phone clerk told us they "needed their food back" in order for a refund which we agreed to and left the food on the front porch. We were told someone would be by to pick it up and that our refund would be processed in 1-5 days at which point the phone line immediately dropped as if it was unreasonable to not want the food at this point. Extremely disappointed as we've never had issues with this Dominos prior to this incident. Once again, I feel for the driver who got a flat, but it is not the customers responsibility to then accept cold food because of this. The rude customer service was just icing on the awful cake. We will think twice before ordering from Dominos in the future after this incident.

Read moreWorst dominos i’ve ever ordered from. They never answer the phone when you call to make a delivery. 80% of the time my order is never done correctly. Absolutely no leadership inside the store and the overall employee attitude is apathetic. The store won’t even be busy and it takes 30 minutes to receive a 1 topping carryout. I worked for dominos here in NC for 5 years at several locations. I would be embarrassed to even work at this location. General management and district management needs to step up and care a little more instead of being worried about making a buck. I would also be embarrassed to be the GM at this location. Papa Johns in the NC state area is far superior. Management and the employees care and your order is done correctly and quickly every time
My Order 4/11: Was supposed to be a large Brooklyn style with mushrooms. The dough used looked like hand tossed and the pizza wasn’t cut properly. There were slices on the pizza that didn’t even have toppings on it. How many managers were on staff tonight? Two, Three? They all stood on the make line with no leadership while they have new hires on the oven that don’t even know how to properly cut their particular style pizzas. Read moreWorst experience from any delivery pizza place ever. I have ordered from this store many times. I understand pizza places get busy. But each time it is the worst experience I have ever had. After this experience it’s time to write a review. Ordered one medium pizza. Estimated time for delivery was one hour. That’s fine it’s a busy night. Told the guy on the phone taking my order multiple times what the address was because they had my old address in the system. Multiple times I repeated my new address and he should have had it down there correctly. An hour later I get a phone call from the delivery driver who not to his own fault cannot really understand English , was 10 minutes away at my old address. When I told him they gave him the wrong address he hung up on me. I had to call him back to make sure I get my pizza. I sat on the phone with him for almost 15 minutes trying to spell out my new address. When he said oh no it’s 10 minutes away and hung up on me again it took me five minutes to get a hold of him. At that point he said he was on his way
I did eventually receive my order. But this is the worst experience I have ever had with delivery. Poor service each time I order from this store. Save your money and go pick up your order...
