Samba music plays softly in the background, creating a festive yet relaxed environment. The open layout, with its spacious seating and well-placed tables, ensures that every guest has a comfortable dining experience while still feeling part of the larger celebration.
Service: The service at Estampa Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse is impeccable. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. From the moment you're seated, the servers – or passadores – make you feel like royalty, gliding from table to table with skewers of perfectly grilled meats, slicing off generous portions directly onto your plate. The enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff elevate the dining experience to another level.
Food: The star of the show is undoubtedly the food. The variety and quality of the meats are astonishing. From the succulent picanha (top sirloin cap) to the juicy fraldinha (bottom sirloin), every cut is seasoned to perfection and grilled to your preferred level of doneness. The lamb chops are tender and flavorful, while the chicken offer a unique and delightful taste of Brazilian culinary tradition.
The salad bar and side dishes are equally impressive. A dazzling array of fresh vegetables, cheeses, and traditional Brazilian sides like pão de queijo (cheese bread) and farofa (toasted cassava flour) complement the meats beautifully.
Drinks: No Brazilian feast is complete without a caipirinha, and Estampa Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse crafts this classic cocktail to perfection. The bar offers an extensive selection of wines, beers, and other cocktails, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Desserts: Save room for dessert, as the sweet offerings at Estampa Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse are the perfect end to a lavish meal. The brigadeiro, a traditional Brazilian chocolate truffle, is decadently rich, while the pudim, a Brazilian flan, is silky smooth and bursting with caramel flavor, it had brought a tear to my eye as it replicated the dessert my dear late mother would make me as a child and young adult.
Value: For the quality and quantity of food, Estampa Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse offers excellent value. The fixed-price menu allows diners to enjoy as much as they desire, making it an ideal spot for hearty appetites and special occasions.

Read moreCame here for the first time and was very disappointed, took my family of 8 people out as we love Brazilian Steakhouses and I can say this was one of the worst for many reasons. First we get there at about 5:30pm on Friday, and we’re 1 of 3 parties in the restaurant so it’s pretty open to get to the cold/hot bars, but they are ridiculously small and very little substance compared to every other Brazilian steakhouse I’ve been to, there’s about 3 warm items and some bread, the cold bar is primarily a salad bar, some fruit, and sliced meats/cheeses. If you’re going to do just the salad bar that’s going to be $33 which I’d spend literally anywhere else as I mentioned it really has no substance. As for the meats, these came around frequently at first but started to phase out the longer we sat regardless of if we wanted more, our cards being green really didn’t mean anything. They would ask how we would like our steak as that would depend where they would cut from, but don’t even bother as it’s all going to be well done, which honestly this is the first Brazilian steakhouse I’ve been to that does this. On top of this there was hardly any variation in what came around, it was the same 3 meats for about 15 minutes at one point, and when people in your party don’t all eat the same things or same temperature it makes it very disappointing for some. Once the servers stopped coming around as frequently typically at a Brazilian steakhouse someone will ask if there’s anything else you’d like to see before you leave in our case it was pineapple and filet mignon, this meant nothing as we had to ask 4 more people as well as the manager for filet mignon and wait another 20 minutes since there was no variation previously. Once that finally comes (well done that is), my family is wondering about dessert but as we’ve had to do all night they have to be called over because at this location evidently checking on customers isn’t what they do. At this point we’re ready to leave and have paid the bill, $500, and an hour and a half later we finally leave and agree that this is likely the worst Brazilian steakhouse we’ve been to. Since I’d like to get my money’s worth next time, and they are one of the more pricier steakhouses at nearly $60 a person, I’ll just drive further away to Winston-Salem as Lasso Gaucho is better in every aspect and their customer service is top tier. Hate that I’ll have to drive over an hour away but Estampa Gaucha is just not worth the money and another bad...
Read moreVisited on 1/18/25. Brought a friend who had never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse. I hadn’t been to Estampa Gaucha, but familiar with others. I made a reservation, but arrived early so there was still a wait, but that was totally okay! We went to the bar and the bartender was wonderful!
When we were seated, we were left to settle.. Then no one came to see us, check on us, or acknowledge our presence. We watched other tables get seated & provided with sides, bread, & glasses of water - but we were completely overlooked.
Since I was familiar with how Brazilian Steakhouses work, I gave my friend an overview & we got up to grab plates to flip our cards to green. The meat servers were phenomenal & after a while I asked one of them if he’d grab a waitress for us so we could get waters.
Shortly after, a waitress who was helping another table came over and provided us with sides & we asked her if she could also grab us waters & bread. She seemed surprised we didn’t have them already, but said yes & we had them in no time.
The manager (bald Caucasian man) came over for the first time towards the end of our meal. We told him the food was great but we didn’t have a waitress. He cut me off and said they’re all our waitress as they work together to take care of everyone.. Sure, but we also all know waitresses are assigned dedicated tables. I told him we had to ask for everything we’d received by waitresses we’d stopped/flagged down. He contradicted it by saying we had bread, like that meant we were being cared for. We asked for it.
He was very dismissive but said he “loved the feedback”
We felt generally brushed off & like he didn’t believe us or care. He said he’d talk to the staff. We still didn’t have a waitress, but we asked a passing waitress for a dessert menu & she brought one. The manager confirmed our story then decided to start being helpful & apologizing for the service mishap. He brought our check & comped our drinks & desserts (which were...
