Firehouse Subs Brier Creek — Restaurant in Raleigh

We have gone to this Firehouse Subs since it opened. There have been so many different people from wonderful to nasty. We always get the Hook and Ladder med. sandwhich, which for the most part pretty good until yesterday. I asked for a medium sandwhich on white bread, I received wheat bread and my sandwhich was hot in some places and cold in others. The sandwhich is suppose to have ham, turkey and cheese with lettuce, tomato, onion, and condiments. What I got was 1 slice of ham, half a slice of turkey and a bit of cheese. There was so much shreded lettuce that filled the sandwhich, it was falling out everywhere. There was no meats. I have never seen this before at any of the Firehouse subs. These people in this store were really trying to cheat those who spend money on a sub. I will never return, the quality has gone down hill and it is back to Jersey...

Spent $27 on 2 Regular subs, a cup of loaded baked potato soup, and 2 bags of chips. Prior to ordering the soup I asked if it contained bacon and if it did to please remove it. The cashier stated that the baked potato soup didn’t have any bacon in it, I proceeded to order and pay. Not only did it contain bacon but the soup was super watery, mightiest well been milk! I called 3 times once I got to work and was ready to eat my lunch, NO ANSWER. I agree with the other reviews stated, this location provides inconsistent orders and quality. This has been my 3rd visit at this location and each time an issue has occurred with my order! Please someone do something about this location asap, new management or close it down at...

I generally love firehouse but this location came up short for my first and probably last visit. Upon arriving me and my girlfriend waited 5-10 minutes at the counter as the only customers while the cashier was on the phone taking another order. When we ordered I noticed they charged my girlfriends sub as a combo in error. We were give a free “mini” sub to remedy this. In hindsight should have just asked for a refund.

After getting home and trying our subs both of them had semi-stale bread and my sandwich also had the wrong cheese on it. It was also missing the chopped pickles and onions that I requested. Meat however was consistent with firehouse quality. I recommend choosing a different location if you...
