For my hubby's birthday, I decided to skip cooking and order takeout from LongHorn Steakhouse—and it was such a great choice! Here’s what we enjoyed: LongHorn Salmon with 8 Redrock Grilled Shrimp in smoky tomato butter, served over rice and a side of broccoli. So fresh and flavorful! A tender cold-water lobster tail with melted butter that was absolutely delicious. Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip paired with crispy flatbread chips—super cheesy and satisfying. Wild West Shrimp tossed with spicy cherry peppers and garlic butter—a perfect mix of heat and flavor. To finish, an amazing cheesecake topped with whipped cream, candied pecans, and caramel. The portions were generous, the flavors were on point, and we had zero complaints. On top of that, the service was fantastic—from placing the phone order to picking it up, everything was smooth and friendly. I didn’t take pics of everything, just his plate—but it looked so good I could’ve passed it off as my own cooking, lol! All of this for under $80 (not including the tip)—such a steal for a special occasion! LongHorn made this birthday dinner easy and delicious. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stress-free way to celebrate or to give yourself a break from the kitchen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I will preface this by saying that I have been a Longhorn patron for years and usually don't have a problem here. However, I went to this location yesterday and had the worst experience. While the servers were great, my food arrived with rotten broccoli. I asked them to take it off my tab and the manager, Maria, came to the table and proceeded to tell me what fresh broccoli looked like in case I've never seen it before. Then she told me that she had just eaten some and it was fine. She was so condescending and nonchalant about it that I just told her nevermind and made a mental note to handle it with corporate later. I also ordered a medium well bunless burger and prepared to eat that, only for it to sound like toast or a hockey puck when my fork hit it. It was dry and crispy, even the cheese on it was hard around the edges. I gave the entire plate back and this manager, Maria, came back again to offer a half-hearted apology and ask if she could get me anything else. Needless to say, I won't be going to this location anymore when Maria is on staff, if i go back at all. The cook staff may have gotten it wrong. But it was the manager's job to make it right. And she failed miserably.

I will say I love longhorn. It has been a while since i've gone but after this visit i will definitely be trying another location. Service was unacceptable. Customer service was terrible. I went in around 430pm because I've been wanting lamb chops. The excitement was quickly ruined. My 4 year old and I waited 15 mins for a waiter to even greet and ask our drinks. Then another 15/20 mins for the drinks to be brought to the table along with the appetizer. The wild west shrimp were over cooked. Next was our food. I only had 3 mins with the app before the food came. I ordered my parmesan crusted lamb chops medium. The first 2 small ones had no parmesan and were not too good to taste but i ate them. When i moved onto the next one which was bigger i was met with rare meat. Still purple on the inside. When the waiter finally came back to check i told him and instead of taking the whole plate he asked me to move the lamb chops to another plate to give to him. Told me 10 mins and the would be back. 10 mins went by and no return, i then asked the host to get the manager. 10 more mins and the waiter comes with no lamb chops asking how i was. When i told him i am upset with the service he said "oh ok" and walked away. Then i asked the host again where is the manager. Finally the manager Kat comes and asked whats wrong. I explained the time it took for me to even receive service and drinks and her response was he was sat 5 tables at 1 time. Then i spoke on the rare meat and how i di not even want the meal anymore and she says "oh" My 4 year old also sat up in the booth to greet her and she put her hand up in her face and said to "back up". This was not the right response for a child. after a repeat of me saying the service was terrible tonight and still not having my lamb chops back and no longer wanting the meal, she threw her hands in the air and said "well i will just comp the whole meal" with an attitude. I then left. This is not customer service at all....

Have been coming to this location for years and have never had an issue, until today. My mother and I went in at about 3 pm this afternoon for a late lunch, the restaurant was not busy whatsoever. Was first greeted by the hostess who had an attitude and was less than welcoming. Our server came by nice at first, took our drink orders and let us know it may be a few minutes as the bartender was alone today, not a problem! After about 5 minutes our server comes back by to take our food order. 20 minutes goes by with nothing but waters. Server comes back with an attitude and asks if we have had anything come out to us, which we respond no. 2 minutes later appetizers, salads and entrees all come out at once. Server then says the bartender left without making the drinks. I was understanding until this point. The bartender on staff has been employed at this location for many years and has been our server on many occasions. He has always been amazing and made sure all of his patrons have everything they need, so I really doubt that is the case. I believe his name is Brandon, but I could be wrong. He’s great! About 10 minutes after getting our food the drinks come out, and now the server has a giant attitude. Asks if everything is okay, i say yes. As my mom asks for some sauce she walks right away. We ended up scarfing down our food and paying the check through the handy QR code option. Never have I left a bad tip, but this time I felt no choice. Never once was there an apology offered, just excuses and blaming others. I can understand problems happening in the kitchen but to have an attitude to a table that is understanding and not making a scene about the inconvenience is unacceptable. I hope the management sees this and understands quality has gone down severely. There was one great server who picked up the other one’s slack right before she got off at 4 pm. So thank you to the lady who stepped up! Disappointment is an...

Snagged seats at the bar to have a drink while waiting for a table. Waited for quite a while for the bartender to wash glasses and chit chat with 2 other couples. Finally, she took our order. Made our drinks in a back room -- What's up with that??? My partner's drink was wrong. She insisted it was correct but also, very pleasantly, offered to make another. Again, off to the back room for 5-10 minutes. When she returned, she acknowledged that the first drink had been wrong - their "mix gun" was out of his requested mixer and they had to fix it. She was very pleasant when she was there - it was just very slow service. We went to our table and ordered their bone-in 20 oz. ribeye, medium-rare, baked potato with the "loaded" ingredients on the side and a salad. Steak and potato arrived - no salad. We had to request the salad and then eat our entree, first, while it was still warm. The steak was not bone-in and although I don't travel with a scale, I would swear that it was not even close to 20 oz. It was also raw and cold in the center and had a lot of gristle, which is odd for a ribeye. The potato arrived fully loaded instead of with the condiments on the side and "loaded" meant about a teaspoon of shredded cheddar and the same of sour cream - the butter was plentiful and on the side - weird??? Our waitress finally came by too check on us and we ordered a mixed drink and a beer. She brought them as we were finishing dinner. We complained - the manager gave us a $7.75 "discount" which is less than we paid for my mixed drink........Way too little, way too late...... Bad...
