Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Raleigh

I have been going to this location pretty much since it opened. While it was a great experience at first, the past 3 times I have been here have not been great. While the staff is always kind and friendly, and I enjoy my drinks, I find that I have been waiting longer and longer to get my order, regardless of what day or time of day that I come in. Part of the issue seems to be understaffing, as the staff who is there are ways working hard to get everyone's orders and make them. Another issue I have noticed a logistical one. I have to wait significantly longer to be attended to if I order my drinks online. Even if my drink is ready, I have had to wait for everyone in line to order before any of the employees will attend to the pickup/online order line. Today I waited in the pickup line for almost 30 minutes before I was attended to. I kindly asked if my order was ready a couple times, and I got non-answers. Again, all the staff members have been very kind and professional, I just think that there are understaffing issues at the moment, as the staff seems to be very overwhelmed. Dec 2nd. I was literally the first customer to walk though the doors when this location opened up and I'm still coming here to this day thats how you know this is a good place The owner is a really nice person they got amazing staff its also very clean and they have a dining area inside and outside for people to enjoy their drinks all they have is drinks for the record to anyone reading this i highly suggest the leechee punch its absolutely amazing it has a nice taste everyone who orders it always goes back for it again I go there every day literally the staff are nice and always make sure your order is correct they have coffee, punches, milk tea, milk caps and among other things the quality of my experience is so good that if I could rate this location 1000stars out of 5stars I would Dec 3. Love this spot for some boba! Everyone who works there is lovely and even when it’s busy, it doesn’t usually take toooo long to get a drink. I also love that you can get all the way down to 30% sweet (some places only offer 50%) and I love the brown sugar boba balls. I almost always get the Honey Milk tea, so can’t speak too much to their other offerings 😂
