I ordered a build-your-own-bowl, and it was pretty good. I enjoyed the choice of two proteins, unlimited toppings and the choice of three spreads. However, I would say that I prefer other places for their bowls. The falafel was a bit dry and some ingredients did not seem very fresh. The complementary pita was a good portion though! This was my first time at FRESKO and I could be jumping to conclusions and have to give it another try, but the service was also not very helpful. I did not know what or how to order, yet the worker did not provide any assistance. For instance, I only ordered one spread, and the worker simply stood there saying nothing and not moving on. I understand that there is a sign that says you can choose up to three spreads, but it would have been useful if the worker had emphasized that I could choose 2 more or just stick with one spread. I did not know what was going on. Overall, FRESKO has many choices and most are well-made, but I may choose other spots like CAVA or even ROOTS...

I have visited this location several times. Area is clean and food is “good” , serving portions especially of “protein” are dependent upon who’s preparing the request. The customer service at this location could be ALOT better. Attitudes are often for lack of better word “uninterested”. Employees especially younger, shorter female with tattoos on arms ( description given SOLELY because I do not know her name) speaks fast without expression and rather unnecessarily CURT. Being mindful that some may be not only trying Fresko for the first time but are unaware that portions, combinations, may be split or unavailable, while not knowing what other dressings, toppings are or the names would be a consideration to remember.
