Tom and his team at Natural Restoration have been serving my clients and my own home for years. Tom is friendly, professional, straight-forward, insightful, wise, knowledgeable, and caring. He’s easy to root for with an engineer brain to solve problems and an easy-going, bright, engaging personality to make people feel at ease. He really knows the industry protocols well in a nerdy science way, and is systematic in his approach to solving all kinds of mold and odor issues. He has been dependable, and trustworthy. His team currently led by David is also very confidence-giving with how he shows up and embraces the challenges of the project — while also being friendly and professional. David has clearly managed projects for a long time and that is encouraging when faced with a personal mold remediation project. Last, and importantly, I can also say from a negative experience of mistakenly working with a different “green products” remediation company at my home one time, that Tom and his team are head and shoulders above their competition when it comes to collective career experience and track record, containment protocols (i.e. using 2 different doors of VERY thick poly with a zipper vs thin painters plastic) , cross-contamination avoidance, project management and planning, confidence, their [actually] green botanical products, under-promising and over-delivering, and thoroughness, among other things. After interacting and working with NR and the another company, I would never choose to work with anyone else again other than NR. It was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made to date and the largest one at my home. I believe that Tom, David, and team work until the problem is solved and done — seeing it through — versus other companies who seem to just check the boxes of the project and provide what feels like a band-aid, say what you want to hear, solution. Recently I noticed a black stain coming from my bedroom air vent and panicked as I knew it couldn’t be anything but mold! I reached out to Natural Restoration around 5pm the next day knowing I would have to leave a message and wait until the following day at least to hear back from someone. By my surprise Tom, the owner called me back that night a little while later!! He was so calm and reassuring that everything was going to be ok and that “everything can be fixed no matter how bad.” He set up a time right in that phone call to come out to my house just a few days later to assess the area and do any sampling of the area if needed. I was so thankful for his quick response to my message but I was concerned about how I was going to pay for everything. He was able to calm me and reassured me that they would work with me and also offered financing. Tom came out to assess the situation and I was offered a quote of what needed to be done all within 24 hours. The pricing was extremely reasonable so I agreed. An appointment for his men to come out was made just a few days later. Three gentleman arrived very punctual. I had received a text from David the night before confirming the time they would be coming and received a text the day of to let me know their ETA. The whole process took about 4/5 hours and all the men were very respectful and helpful with all the questions I asked. For a situation that I was so worried about I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Natural Restoration to anyone in need!
