Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was not the best. When our food arrived, it was cold, so we immediately called the waiter to express our concern. He took the plates and brought them back about three minutes later, only slightly warm, which led us to believe the food had simply been reheated in the microwave.
We had hoped the food would be freshly prepared again, but we weren't able to communicate that clearly to the waitress —he didn’t seem to hear us. As a result, we got exactly what we feared: reheated food, which fell short of our expectations.
Despite our disappointment, we decided to stay and eat, though we seriously considered leaving. If the restaurant is going to offer hibachi for dine-in customers, it’s essential that the food is served hot and right away. We understand they have a lot of takeout orders, but that shouldn’t compromise the quality of service for those dining in.
We left very disappointed and honestly don’t think we’ll be coming back. It’s a shame, because the restaurant has great potential, but they really need to focus on this important detail. The food must be served hot and fresh. Hopefully, they take this feedback into account...

I came to this restaurant and order food, I took it home to begin eating, and shortly after I see hair in my food. I’d like to say it wasn’t purpose done, but the hair was so big it’s almost hard to miss, not one stand but multiple strands of hair. I knew to come back to the restaurant immediately because I myself don’t have any hair. But once I get back to the restaurant I wasn’t given a single apology, I explained that the food has hair on it and they took the food then began speaking to others there in the language they speak, then made a phone call. I’m sure it was a manager because while over the phone they began mashing buttons on the card reader. I was handed my receipt and told that I’ve received a refund. It’s no way in hell I can come back here just based on how the lack of proper customer service I received. The lighting in my pics are brought and I really wish I could upload a video but just take a look and see not one but 2 pieces of hair. Yea never again...

Crab Rangoon: 6.1/10 A standard offering with a slightly better-than-average filling, making it a decent choice.
Hibachi Steak / Chicken: 7.1/10 Both the steak and chicken were of good quality and cooked just right, with pieces chopped into ideal sizes for eating.
General Tso's Chicken: 8.2/10 This dish stood out with perfectly cooked, smaller-than-usual chicken pieces that resulted in extra crispiness. The broccoli was fresh, and the sauce was enjoyable, though a bit more spice would have been welcome.
Yakisoba with Shrimp: 7.1/10 The noodles and shrimp were prepared excellently, hitting the right flavor notes for a satisfying meal.
