Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Raleigh

NOT A CUSTOMER UNTIL 5:44 PM

On February 7th 2023. I placed an order on the Jersey Mike's app. I arrived early.

So I stood in line for my order. Told the order taker I ordered online. The sad no smile somber woman showed me my ticket and said they are working on it.

I said alright. So I got out of line waiting for my name to be called. 6 other people came in after me and ordered. They made their sandwiches.

I stood back in line and when I got to the order taker.

She said,"I told you we are working on it.

I stated,"You served 6 people that walked in off the street. I paid before these people, these people haven't even paid, you had my order to make my sandwich". She said,

"The ticket says the sandwich does not need to be ready until 5:44 PM. "

Although I am standing right in front of her.

What more could she take from me?

My Time. ( More valuable than money)

They have my Money, My Tip, My Presence.

I do not BECOME A CUSTOMER UNTIL 5:44 PM because I used the Jersey Mike's app.

The people that came after me had no investment in their sandwich, yet they made it. All 6 could have walked out and decided they did not want the sandwich because there was no investment.

I made the order, made the Investment -Payment -Plus Tip before I came into the store ahead of these people.

They are paid by the care and service they provide making sandwiches for their customers who pay them.

I had to ask for my Refund!

I told her," Refund my purchase."

She said, "You don't want your sandwich."

I said, "NO, Refund my purchase."

I certainly would not trust them to make my sandwich, she was certainly not happy working there.

No customer service skills at all.

The only reason to tip these people is to make sure they do not do something( sadistic to the food) before you put it in your mouth.

By my payment I hired them, and for the product and to make my food with care.

Tip should be for great service above and beyond ( Not found here) Jersey Mike's wants you to tip on the app before you arrive,

Jersey Mike's is represented by the employees you hire and train to serve your customers.

Teach them to know what customers are!

Out of all the Jersey Mike's I've been to in raleigh, this has to be the worst one hands down. I absolutely hate coming to this Jersey Mike's because it never fails that the employees look and act absolutely miserable. I try hard to not come to this Jersey Mike's but it's so close to my home that I end up there maybe once a year, and the experience is always the same. Yesterday I placed an online order like I usually do, and gave extra time because they never put any effort into doing online orders on time. When I got into the store nobody said hello and of course everyone looked miserable. As I was standing there people started coming in. A girl came from the back and greeted the people coming in and started taking their orders, and I still got no acknowledgment. It was when I saw the girl making sandwiches look at the next customer and was about to ask what she wanted on her sandwich, I had to interject and asked if someone was working on the online order for quail, she said yeah it should be out soon, to which I responded, well isn't that the sandwich sitting right there? She said yes, so I asked if she could go ahead and make it since it's just sitting there. She made it with the worst attitude that you would expect from New Bern avenue. I know times are hard for businesses, but this manager has terrible intuition when it comes to hiring employees. I don't know if he's just hiring people that he wants to hang out with or maybe he's just easily gullible in an interview, but this manager has consistently managed to keep horrible employees for years. Probably why they're always hiring, and you never see the same face twice unless you're a regular which is bizarre to be a regular...

Worst place ever. New Hope Road Jersey Mikes. I came in and ask for a Mike Special Philly on wheat. The guy ask me what i wanted. I said everything. Mind you the only options are mayonnaise, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, pickles and peppers. He asked me, "what do you mean?" So I literally had to list all that I just listed. OK. So we order and pay. Two people was behind us, then someone from the outside came in and got there order. Must have ordered ahead. You know what. The two people who ordered after us got there orders, must husband got his order. I'm still waiting. We waited for a very long time. I finally ask the guy in front, "where is my sandwich?" Well we had others sandwiches to do other than yours. Whaaaatt? This was the worst experience I have ever had at a subway sandwich shop. This was my first time at Jersey Mike's. This is my last time. Then the young lady tried to get an attitude because we had to wait. Does that make sense. I'm done. I just walked out with my sandwiches. My sandwich didn't have any of the stuff I asked for, nor was it on wheat. And it was cold. Never again. Plus it kinds stinks. And the one half I did eat made my stomach hurt....
