The first handful of times it was great, but after noticing that there’s not even a handful of fruit put in the smoothie I ordered with most of it ice and barely any milk after paying almost $10 with little to no appreciation of being a loyal customer since it opened for a soupy bowl I had ordered a few times before. The owner as she claims didn’t handle it well, not bothering to offer a discount or anything with no apologies, which made me think “why am I funding a company my money with this type of treatment”. I have a juice machine at home I rather start using that instead from now on. Maybe even open up my own juice bar with better service instead!

THIS PLACE IS INSANE LYING AND EVERYTHING Just recently their response was that they gave discounts and replacements and I deliberately left trash on the floor, I should add that is not the case they never offered replacements or discounts and never handled things properly had they gave me discounts and replacements and attempted to make me happy I would never try to bash them in this review. Their company and service and pricing for their juices is extremely high for the amount of fruit they put in their products. The owner and employees need training to handle complaints properly so they don’t get bad reviews they choose to deliberately lie about the customers and make false statements let’s just say I rather not spend my hard earned money on a product that I can make at home 10 times better! BAD management and ownership! I would never talk that way to my customers if I was an owner, and I never made rude comments very much lying about my behavior I always had a pleasant interaction with other customers. NEVER* again. I've been here twice bc I like the Chia pudding. They have missed the mark each time with smoothies, nevertheless The juices were good. ""MY COMPLAINT"". The owner added seamoss to one of my drinks. She told me she had sea moss for sale but she had to make it! She asked me to pay a head. I paid ahead. This was Saturday. The owner said the sea moss would be ready No later than Tuesday. I gave her my number she said she would call by Tuesday. NO CALL! I called Wednesday. They told me she wasn't in but they would reach out to her bc they didn't see a order for me or any sea moss in store. Employee called me back and said it would be ready tomorrow and owner would give me a call tomorrow. NEVER heard back from owner. Employee Dominique called me Saturday and said my sea moss is in. The owner never gave me the courtesy to contact me anytime AFTER SHE TOOK MY MONEY to say my order would be delayed. I never went to get the sea moss. The owner showed lack of respect, no sense of urgency, lack of integrity.In my opinion the owner can not take CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. If you want to have the healthiest, best tasting smoothie in the world, this is the place!! I LOVE Kwench Juice Cafe! I purchase a juice or smoothie from here almost every other day! The owner is so very helpful in helping you choose the right drink for you and they use nothing but the freshest ingredients and NO SUGARS!!! The sweetness from any of the smoothies and juices come purely from the fruits or veggies and you can watch them make it while you wait. I started drinking the beet juice and adding beet juice to one of my favorite smoothies there (Berry Blast) to help me lower my high blood pressure.
