I used to prefer this shop and had some great experiences with the baristas here, even when the coffee wasnât made right. Today, 5 people behind the counter, all of them talking to each other, no one in line, and the one person that does greet me does so to yell at me for my fully enclosed silent tiny dog, in my bag, on my shoulder, something many baristas and managers (even at this store) are actually happy to see, and many have asked me if they can look inside to see her. Letâs me know that I have to go back out and leave my dog in the very hot car. Nope. I actually only walked in to order today to use store credit, because a few weeks back this same person couldnât figure out how to refund a purchase with receipt back to my Starbucks card, and âcould only give me store creditâ, which you canât load onto the app like she claimed and must use in store. If this was just a one off experience about the dog bag, Iâd deal, but itâs not. I will say there have been some really great people who worked here, but more often then not, recently, I get my coffee and the experience here makes me feel way worse than when I walked in....
Read moreAwful. It was not busy and they got my simple order wrong 3 times over - twice the coffee was wrong and then after I finally got the "close to correct" (I gave up) coffee order right, I drove away and realized that instead of the sandwich I ordered, I got a chocolate chip muffin. I drove back (making me late for a meeting) and not only did they not apologize, the cashier snottily said "It says muffin on the label" as if I was an idiot who thought I ordered a sandwich but actually ordered a muffin. I had to point out that, sure it did say muffin but it said someone else's name entirely. She found my order, now cold, sitting off to the side and handed it to me without a word or eye contact. Terrible service, waste of time - if I am going to spend money on overpriced coffee, your customer service should knock my socks off. Never going to this location again, and definitely losing overall verve for...
Read moreThis used to be a great coffee shop when it had seating. It has been remodeled and no longer offers that option which makes it cold and unwelcoming. The service has declined as well. There are normally 3-4 people working and no one looks happy at all. No one seems to know what the others are doing. Every time I go there customers are leaving upset because the had to wait too long or their order was wrong. I visit Starbucks quite a bit all over the U.S. and normally get the same espresso beverage. It is not near as good when made at this location. In fact, I got home and threw away my drink. It appears to be an unprofessional and unhappy environment which it was not before. I will sadly not...
