Falls Pointe Shopping Center — Local services in Raleigh

So first, to be very clear, this review concerns the shopping center and it's management, NOT any of the businesses located there. Today while I was there I chatted with someone (I'm withholding identifying info to prevent potential retaliation) and apparently the entire center has some sort of plumbing issue and the folks who own it aren't willing to fix it, so most, if not all, the businesses there have serious issues with sewage oder. Apparently in some of the units it's even set off methane alarms. The owners should be ashamed. Failing to take care of something like this is, when it's quite literally what they're paid rent to do, demonstrates a clear disregard for everyone who has a business there, who works there, and who...

Great shops but sewage smell and some of the shops parallel with Falls of Neuse have a serious sewage issue and sewage gas coming out of drains making making business difficult for business owners. The owner of the complex is a cheapskate apparently and doesn't care about the health of their tenants and their customers.

Walked into one of the shops and left with a headache and nauseous. Owner of store says thay've made several complaints to Falls Point management and they choose to do nothing.

Worst affected are stores in corner near Harris Teeter.

I guess a call to WRAL and Health Department...

I love that I can get a delicious salmon dinner for $9.00 And the broccoli raisin salad was perfect!! (Don't be alarmed by the dark salmon crust, it's yummy cajun seasoning that's been char-grilled!)

Honestly, I am happy to pay a bit extra for my groceries (than Walmart, Lidl or Aldi) in order to get the service and care that Harris Teeter employees show. It's an absolute pleasure shopping here...and the gas points are a nice...
