Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Raleigh

Even though there wasnt a standout, high volume welcome from the past, this new Moe's executed what Moe's used to be all about. With industry experience and having been personally enployed at this Ameri-mix quick serve food stop, I was very pleased with the food quality, cleanliness and ambiance. The team members were self admittedly "confused" about the small catering order being prepared by the collar-wearing shift leader so even though we waited 12 minutes to order our food, all the ingredients were fresh and properly prepared. The salsa was bursting with flavor. My nachos were piled high but not with just chips though I wouldn't have minded because they were perfectly crispy without any staleness. The dining room followed most Covid 19 protocol and I was able to enjoy Bob Marley over the audio speakers and watch a classic movie on one of the huge TVs. We were there for over an hour and their curbside pick up services seemed to be nearly flawless. The location is in the deepest part of the center and doesn't have great parking but glad for this location because the one that is 1000ft from my house is, generously put, sub-par. WELCOME...

Moe's is a fantastic restaurant that I absolutely love! From the moment I walk in the door, I'm greeted by friendly staff who always make me feel welcome. The atmosphere is great - it's lively, colorful, and fun, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal.

But the real reason I keep coming back to Moe's is the food. Every dish is bursting with flavor and made with fresh ingredients that make each bite delicious. I'm a big fan of their burritos, which are always stuffed full of tasty fillings, and their nachos are absolutely amazing. Plus, the fact that they have so many different options for toppings and sauces means that there's always something new to try.

Another thing I love about Moe's is their commitment to using high-quality, fresh ingredients. They're always sourcing their ingredients from local suppliers, which means that everything tastes even better and has a real sense of authenticity.

Overall, I would highly recommend Moe's to anyone looking for a great dining experience. With its friendly staff, fun atmosphere, and delicious food, it's easily one of my favorite places to eat. Five...

Poor service. 3 people in line in front of me. 3 workers/employees. Not busy but took 10 min to get my order. The customer in front of me got frustrated and left saying she would go somewhere else to get better service. 2 employees were busy chatting with each other while I was trying to tell 1 of them my order. I ordered a steak bowl, then was told no more steak. The other employee grabbed a container full of steak out of a cabinet. I ordered a cup of queso which was forgotten to be given to me. Thankfully i checked before leaving with takeout order. The employee gave me the cup of queso with cheese dripping all over the outside of cup. Also had guac smeared on lid. I asked for napkin, none were included in my to go order. The employee acted frustrated that I asked her for napkin and did not apologize for handing me a cup of queso with it dripping...
