Last night i was drugged at this bar. I was with my boyfriend, we went to play pool and have a drink. We were there for an hour and a half tops. Within our first game a man arrogantly states he had the next table. We hadn’t even gotten halfway through the game.
Long story short, I collapsed in the middle of this bar last night reaching for my boyfriend to help me as he had gone to the bathroom and the bar to grab our then second drink.
I am a casual drinker and go out on a regular basis. I know how to handle my alcohol.
This strange man that had taunted me and my boyfriend the whole time we were there spiked my drink.
When I collapsed, no one, no staff, no bartender, no one even looked twice. I took my shirt off to wear I was only in my bra in front of so many people, I went fully unconscious, everything went dull and black, my throat began to close as I was trying to find the words to tell my boyfriend what had happened. I finally was able to somehow make it outside and throw up. I had instant relief.
I’ve been drugged once before so I know what it feels like vs being drunk. The fact that no one at the bar turned a cheek or even was concerned for my well being is scary.
I’ll never go back.
The man who did this to me was a tan white male, mid to late 30’s, tattoos I believe. Dark brown hair with a full beard and mustache. Piercing BLUE eyes. He was wearing a black hat and was very arrogant. He made his presence known upon arrival so it seemed like he frequents this place.
I almost died last night. Be very aware of your surroundings here because it seems like a shady establishment to were the bartenders are too friendly with their usual clients and could care less about you if you don’t visit...

While this happened, another individual placed his hand on my shoulder.
I was not being disruptive or inappropriate in any way — I was dressed in a suit and behaving respectfully. I was simply being social and talking with other customers. Despite that, I was suddenly asked to leave, which felt unfair and humiliating.
I believe I was treated without respect and possibly discriminated against. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Mr. Jeff Clarke, as the owner and operator, I want you to be aware that I intend to report this incident to the City of Raleigh Office of Equity, ABC and PSB and Inclusion and consider legal action for discrimination and...
Read moreMy friends and I stopped in for a few drinks. Our drinks were good. The sweet and sour was really good. They have multiple options for seating inside and outside. They also have a few space heaters outside so that was nice for chilly nights. The music selection on this particular was a bit bizarre and uninspiring. My friends and I are into all types of music, but on this night. It was not good. Also, I'm not sure why but tonight when I walked in the place kind of smelled weird like someone might have gotten sick right before I walked in. Overall, the bar tenders seemed knowledgeable and we went there for the drinks, so...
