Service was very slow. There were 4 of us, we got apps, salads and entrees and a single plate was never removed from our table. I had to stack all of our unwanted plates next to me at the end of the table and NO server or manager ever picked them up. What makes it worse is we were sitting right next to the kitchen so about every server in the restaurant walked by our table. We were also brought drink refills when we didn’t need them and all the glasses were left on our table. I had to box our leftovers on my lap because there was no room on the table. The calamari was frozen not fresh and it was so greasy you could wring it out. The server that delivered our food didn’t know what was on the plates and since 3 of us got steak (different cook temps) and crab legs we had to all cut our steaks and pass the plates around to figure out whose was whose. I got a filet and it was so tough there were bites I could barely chew and swallow. One of us wanted the new lemon pepper crab legs and they were brought a huge bowl of lemon pepper sauce instead of them putting it on the crab legs, not good at all. Our butter was separated and cool and I cut my thumb on my crab legs because I wanted to eat and they took forever to bring the crackers. I would not go back and I would not recommend anyone go there.

I ordered the scallop appetizer for curbside pick up. No one answered the phone when I called. I went inside to the to go window. There was a light skinned black girl with a long red wig & claw clip who didn't even acknowledge me. She looked at me, past me and around me. I went to the hostess and asked for assistance and she told me to just stand at the to-go window and wait. Luckily, an older white lady named Carol came to the bar area and asked if I needed assistance. I informed her that I was picking up my to go order. She was very pleasant and handed me my order with a smile. I felt the bottom of the bag was a little damp but I figured maybe it was a little water from sitting on the bar. When I took the scallops out of the bag the container was wet but I thought maybe somehow the juice leaked out. As I was opening the container more and more hot juice began to leak everywhere. I'm thankful I didn't get burned. The leak was coming from the bottom of thr container. I scooped out a scallop while tilting the container to the side to slow the leaking. It was hard and flavorless. I tried another and it was no better. I pulled over to the nearest gas station and threw it all in the trash. My close were stained and my car had to be cleaned. This was not a good experience for me.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE establishment! Me and a group of friends went here for a Birthday Dinner celebration and unfortunately it was close to closing time. Our waiter was excellent, but the food was HORRIBLE. The biscuits had no cheese in them, only garlic butter...the Birthday boy had soap detergent in his pink lemonade and even let others taste it to verify. You could tell the staff was not happy we walked in so late. Once the food got to the table, the shrimp were not fully cooked, and you guys should have seen his "Brocolli and cheese". Look specifically at the "Cheese" and just imagine how the rest of the food appeared. I will post the picture below to this review. The Cesar salad lettuce was colored and dried out, and it was obvious that the staff purposely did not put any dressing on it. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Once the issue was addressed with the manager, she had a very "I don't care" type attitude and didn't even offer a refund. I had to TELL HER I was not paying for it. We didnt even eat. We ALL left our food where it was, and we got up and left. NEVER will i return to this specific Red Lobster. I encourage EVERYONE who reads this to go to another location. This one is unprofessional and ghetto ! I will also leave a review on Yelp about this matter.

This was my first time here so I was excited. The restaurant smelled like fish and not in a good way. Smelled like raw fish that had been left under the heat. We went as a group for lunch, however, the food was seriously lacking. We got drinks and their families biscuits which were good. However, it took an hour before our food came. I got the pasta dish with crab and it did not taste good except for too much garlic and oil. No seasoning, just nothing special. The side of broccoli I got was raw. It felt warm to the touch but raw. There was a hair in the popsticker dish which was returned. The lobster roll was requested as warm but came as a cold roll with shrimp and lobster. It was returned and a lobster roll replaced was warm but the bread was soggy and wet with liquid, so the bread was unedible. The next dish which I don't remember the name had raw warm broccoli, dried up and rubbery shrimp, over cooked lobster. However, there were some okay dishes like the wild rice with chicken, tacos and the appetizers. My other colleagues enjoyed their food but I did not enjoy mine and had to send it back to the kitchen. Overall, my food experience was not great and I will not be going here again because I was highly disappointed after this.

We had an amazing dinner with our friends her, we were celebrating Her Birthday!! 🥳 Dallas was our server and he room excellent care of us!! I had a margarita which was fantastic and we always enjoy the Cheddar Bay Biscuits while waiting for our food. 👌 We enjoyed our meals I had the holiday Trio, my husband (not a seafood guy) always gets the chicken Alfredo, our friends got the ultimate feast and the combination dinner. Everything was amazing as always I had points on my AP to get the free lobster loaded potato and that was also very good. Dallas was very attentive to us and kept our drinks refilled and the bread coming (we even took some home). He is fun to talk to and really enjoys his job you can tell!!🤩 Great evening and time as always I probably shouldn't say this but we were meeting at Kanki (they don't take reservations tho) so with a 2hr wait we were like NO and came across the street here instead, so glad we did as it was a great time and probably better service and food than we would have had there...👌 Thank for the sundae surprise at the end for Denise's Birthday!!! 🍨
