This is what happened one day I went to Shaniqua's Chicken Tender Grill. I frequent this particular store at least once a week (sometimes twice a week). Usually it has great service, but I usually go at night. THis day I went through the daytime on a very rainy afternoon. I had my payment method ready when I got to the window. Instead of the cashier just taking the card I was handing her, first thing she says when she opens the window is "Hey, can you please cut off your windshield wipers." I thought about it for a second, and responded with, "No, here's my card." handing it to her.
She refused to take my card by slamming the window in my face! A young guy came to the window and asked for my payment. I told him to get their manager. The manager was already speaking to the girl about what happened. He comes to the window and tells me, "Yes I heard what happened. She asked you nicely to turn off your windshield wipers!" I responded, "So, I responded nicely that I wasn't and handed her the payment. I don't have to turn my windshield wipers off!" We continued speaking on this, he refused twice to even give me his name (bc I could not see his name from where I sat in my vehicle). Finally he gives me the number to corporate.
I asked one more time to give him a way out ,"So are you saying, you are backing your employee refusing me service, who I have not verbally abused, just because I did not comply with her request? Do you realize that if she did not want to get wet by the rain (Which btw neither did I which is why I had my payment method ready), all she had to do was take my card! She did not take my card simply because I did not do what she said, and then refused to service me as I sat there and continued to be wet with my hand out of the window holding my payment."
After I reiterated this to him, he still agreed that since she asked me nicely I should have just done it. As I am telling him the rules of customer service, she is in the background "EXACTLY! EXACTLY!" This is what happened the day I went to Shaniqua's Chicken Tender Grill, I...
Read moreI regretfully ordered food from this restaurant during the late night shift on Saturday 5/11/24. The angry cashier at this Bojangles (an older, bigger, snaggletooth, blacklady) is just plain disrespectful for no reason. After I politely ordered my food, once I got up to the drive through window to pay, I was greeted with pure hate and anger from this cashier without provocation on my part. I literally did nothing to her but smile and simply asked her for my receipt and the correct salad dressing. She ignored me at first with a nasty attitude, then she insisted the items were in the bag when they were not. When I politely corrected her about this and asked for the correct items, she angrily and reluctantly complied with an evil stare at me as though I was somehow responsible for her miserable life and terrible appearance. Her co-workers seemed to find her rudeness towards me to be funny, which shows their unprofessionalism and lack of intelligence as well. I work in customer service also and even on my worst day, I don't treat my customers like this. There is NO excuse for her behavior. If this cashier is so unhappy working here, she needs to take accountability for herself by finding another job rather than lashing out at the customers like myself who speak to her in a respectful manner. I don't recommend anyone visit this Bojangles. Save your money for an establishment that requires good customer service from...
Read moreThe past year and a half since I moved to this side of Raleigh, Iâve had no issues up until the last few months. Whomever the lady is with long braids that works the window oftenâyou have a horrible attitude and your customer service needs a ton of work.
First time, my boyfriend and I went, he went to grab the food and she let go before he grabbed it. The food fell on the ground at the drive thru window. She just looked down at the food then back up at him with a straight face and said nothing. She looked so frustrated and annoyed ? You dropped it.
The second time, there was a young man working drive thru. I tried to order and he was mocking me for telling him to give us a second. Got to the window, same lady with braidsâsame unfriendly, expressionless face.
The third time, today â whoever was working drive thru taking orders wouldnât be quite long enough to let us get our order together and said. My boyfriend asked for a second to look. Couple seconds later, asking for our order again. He again, asked for a moment to finish looking at the menu. Once he started ordering, after every meal my boyfriend ordered, the person kept asking âokay, will that be all?â Mind you, we had four different meals in that order. We usually say when weâre done ordering but the tone and the constant questioning as if weâre an inconvenience is infuriating. We wonât...
