The two working 7/1 around 6pm RUDEST PEOPLE EVER!!!!! They treated the woman in front of me like she was bothering them when she had held her phone up to them, and then they acted the same way with me! They were rude and acted like I was bothering them when I ordered two drinks. I had also ordered a cake pop and lemon cake and I was sitting and waiting for the bakery items at a table with the drinks, and after a few minutes, I see that they just left it on the counter where the drinks usually go and did not call out or say anything. (I guess their closing duties were more important…) So rude, I was not rude back or anything, I just took the items and left because they clearly made me (and the woman in front of me) NOT WELCOME. I get it, I work in the service industry but I have never treated someone like they are not welcome at my place of work because it is my job! I am being paid to do it! If they are so bothered by being asked to do their jobs, they should clearly be in a different line of work. I only write negative reviews when I feel like it is important to let others know what to expect when they walk in somewhere. Will try to avoid coming back here if I recognize those workers and pretty much overall. I’ve had good experiences at various Starbucks locations but this was my first WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! I am actually quite upset because I’m not rude, I’m not demanding. I asked if they had the lemon loaf and said if they did not, it was fine!!! Read moreThere were 3 employees working, 2 males and 1 female (long blonde hair). Myself and 2 friends came in. I was the second to order. My order was wrong, except I wasn’t really sure since I was trying a new drink. My friend ordered something else but it looked exactly like mine. I held mine up and started to ask if it was supposed to look more creamy, like the picture. But before I could say anything, the lady snatched it out of my hand, dumped it, and made a new one without saying a word. When she was finished, she proceeded to slam it down on the counter and walk away. Again, without a word. The new drink was basically just milk, a little pink color, but no guava flavor. It tasted like iced milk. I was really disappointed. More so in her behavior. I’m a police officer and I deal with bad attitudes all day every day. Read moreThis is the second time I’ve dealt with the rudeness of this store. I placed a curbside order through the Starbucks app and my order was suppose to be ready at 6:57. When I pulled up they acknowledged me through eye contact and I was parked in the curbside space and click “I’m here” in the app. 5 mins go by. Another eye contact is made. 7 mins go by. Another eye contact is made. After about 12 mins I could tell they had no intentions on bringing me my order. I contacted customer support and received a credit. But I decided to call the store to see what the issues was. The barista told me “oh yeah we don’t bring out orders when it starts to get dark but your order has me ready for half a hour”.
How was I suppose to know this? I’ve received orders past this time before.
If they would’ve just leaned out the door and let me know they don’t do curbside after a certain time (app still allowed this) I would’ve gladly came in. It was 3 of them … somebody could’ve...
