Subway — Restaurant in Raleigh

I ordered here a couple of weeks ago and the order was wrong. I attempted to contact the store, several times via phone and no one answered. I went online to try to submit a request to be contacted and no one reached out then either. When I had time, I went in person to the store as nobody answered anytime I reached out. Upon entering, I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there is no manager there. I asked who is in charge? And was then told either of the two people there are in charge. I let the associate know what happened with my previous order and asked for it to be remade. He (white guy with blonde shaggy hair) refused due to the time lapse even though I had to receipt and mentioned I’ve been trying to contact them in multiple way. Let me also add, the day prior, I contacted the Dominos next door to ask them to give the subway my phone number to contact me..of course Subway didn’t call. The guy working was very rude and lacks basic customer service skills. He claims they’re too “busy” to answer the phone. However, there have been several times where I’ve came to this location and this same busy worker has been on his phone and leaning against the wall. Steer clear of this location as customer service lacks largely and if you have an issue, don’t bother calling....

Absolutely horrible experience. Avoid this location. Ordered through your app. Picked up 2 sandwiches curbside on time, drove 10 mins home to open my sandwiches and both of them be the wrong sandwiches. One hot steak and cheese was a cold turkey. They have no concept of what light or less of anything is. Drove back to get my proper sandwiches for them to take the wrong ones and just make new ones. Didn't apologize or anything once throughout the whole visit. Upon remaking them, the Steak and cheese says less onions, less peppers and less lettuce and was piled high with all three. Super now it's all melted into the cheese and I have to pick through it. The ham and turkey didn't even have ham and said less yellow mustard and less mayonnaise and the worker sprays four lines of each all over the sandwich to the point it's oozing out all over the bread... Yum NOT. Still never got an apology or even offered anything for their clear messup. Was handed my bag and the worker walked away. Didn't even offer a free bag or chips or a cookie or something. Will not return. GO NEXT DOOR to Jose and Son's, their food...

When I was growing up, Subway was a staple. Every once in a while, I'll get nostalgic and stop by this Subway by my office and order a sub. Reminds me of being 16 in a small town where we only had a Subway and a McDonalds. Every time the last few orders, you could add every veggie on their menu and it'd still be a bread sandwich. They're so skimpy here that you get back to the office, open it up, and get angry that you just paid $9 for a loaf of bread. Aside from the fact that the staff here act like they'd rather spit on you than take your money, this was my last time getting disappointed here. If you're looking for a good sandwich, there's a Jersey Mikes or a Jimmy Johns within a stone's throw of this location. The Italian at Jersey Mike's is $9.95. My sandwich today was $9.54. For 50 cents more, I could've had something that wasn't thrown together and actually had something in it besides sauce and 2...
