It's like pulling teeth to get someone to greet you. Kinda confusing setup and overall not inviting, in my opinion anyway. However, the dining area was very nice, clean, and family-friendly. There's even bathrooms in the dining area for convenience. If the guest service and flow matched, it would be a go-to spot for me.
