The reason I picked this jeweler for a watch repair was because of the reviews. Well, unless you are a regular customer with a lot of money to buy this place might not be for you. I brought my wife's watch in after I tried to replace the battery. I was unable to replace the rear plate. The internet says Fossil watches need the press. First a young fellow with a sweatshirt not the jeweler attempted to thumb press it back on and he was unsuccessful. After leaving it for a few days I called them not them me. I'm told that the numbers fell off and its not worth replacing them. When picking it up. I waited longer than I should have while four employees listened to someone speak about Russian adoptions while eating chips and dip at the counter. Then I am given the watch back with the numbers that fell of the dial lying on the watch face. Then I'm told that I did it when changing the battery. I brought a watch in with all the number attached. He sent back to the non jeweler to fix. Then while I am dealing with the Shaan the owner, multiple old customers are engaging him in conversation while I stand and waiting while he holds my watch. I'm sure they spend more than me but please ask them to wait till they are finished helping customers. Then they have the audacity to charge me $20.00 to replace the back and open the front to remove the numbers the sweatshirt kid broke. And as I'm am trying to bitterly pay he still engages the old lady. I may have been a customer and bought a new expensive watch but I will not not from Omega. After throwing down the twenty, No receipt, no I'm sorry , only its a cheap watch, As I am walking out he asks if I want my $20.00 back, Thanks pal. If your staff can't handle a simple watch repair for a cheap watch say it up front or fix it correctly without causing damage. I'm sure if I was one of his old customers the ending would have been different and a glowing review is what he would...

They have no idea that G-Shock watches with analog and digital displays need to be reset in order to be able to set time. It took them an hour to replace the battery and I then waited for 20min for them to play with the watch instead of following my instructions and have the watch reset. I left as I had a meeting. Came back after work and was told they had to fix the watch because they removed the movement to change the battery and after reinstalling the movement the buttons didn’t align. The owner told me that he won’t charge me for the 3hrs they spent on it. And they won’t charge me for setting the time on the watches. I told him damn right. You spent 3 hours because you have no idea what you doing. And every place I ever went to to have a battery replaced set the time on the watch after working on it. They probably use cheapest possible batteries and charge $15 for each watch.
Something as simple as battery replacement they’re unable to do properly.
This place is a f-n joke. First and last time...
Read moreFANTASTIC!! - I walked into Omega Fine Jewelry expecting to just browse some shiny trinkets, but I left feeling like I’d been adopted by a family of diamond-giddy enthusiasts—and I mean that in the best way! The staff here are like your cool aunt who always has the best accessories and the juiciest gossip. They helped me pick out a necklace that makes me look like I have my life together (spoiler: I don’t). The selection? Ridiculous. They’ve got everything from “I’m a minimalist” stud earrings to “I’m headlining at a Vegas show” statement pieces. I swear I saw a ring so sparkly it could signal aliens. Prices are surprisingly reasonable, too—my wallet didn’t cry as much as I expected. Plus, the owner, Shahan, threw in a free cleaning cloth and a funny one-liner about keeping my gems dazzling harder than the strobe lights at a bad 80s dance party. The vibe is cozy, the service is top-notch, and I’m pretty sure they sprinkle fairy dust on the displays because I couldn’t stop staring. If you need something to dazzle up your life, Omega Fine is your spot. I’ll definitely be back for my “diva era”...
