Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ramsey

Don't go to this Dunkin' Donuts if you have a food allergy. Even with a large sign behind the counter that clearly says "Before placing your order, please inform your server if a person in your party has a food allergy", the girl behind the counter responded "I have no idea" when I asked if a donut contained peanuts. When she asked the other staff members, none of them knew the answer. The Dunkin' Donuts website is excellent with outlining their allergy information, I guess they don't share the info with their staff. FYI If you do have food allergies, the website says "Please be advised that any of our products may contain, or may have come in contact with, allergens including Eggs, Fish, Milk, Peanuts, Shellfish, Soy, Tree...

Walked in with my coworker around 230pm. One woman was behind the counter, didn't even acknowledge us. Waited a few minutes thinking maybe she was just cleaning something up or refilling. Nope, another few minutes pass and finally another woman walks up to the counter, still no hello. She touches the screen, starts mumbling things in Spanish to the other woman. She doesn't say, "I'll be right with you" or anything like that. I stand up closer to the counter to let her know I'm ready to order. She still doesn't look at me or my coworker. After about 2 more minutes, my coworker and I left to go to another Dunkin....

Best Dunkin donuts on rt 17 in the entire state probably. Even better than 90% of the local town Dunkins. I have been to MANY MANY. TRUST ME. the new younger miss whom is manager here now, is by far one of the best, kindest managers ever as well. While retaining the respect and work fast and hard attitude n service from her employees or colleagues. Highly recommend if ur near Ramsey area anywhere and if ur on route 17 definitely use this dunkin 1st above all others. BEST AROUND. #FACTS. PLAIN N SIMPLY...
