McDonald's — Restaurant in Ramsey

On my way home I decided to stop at this McDonald's to grab a small bite. It was around 11:30 p.m. and there were already about 6 plus cars in the drive thru which seem to not be moving unless people just left the line. After already waiting in a long drive thru line for over 25 minutes. I get to the window to try and place my order like the two vehicles ahead of me but I noticed no one answered or cames to the window to take our orders. The two vehicles ahead of me moved up to the pick up window where there is someone. I see and hear Nelson take the orders and serve the two vehicles ahead of me. When I got to the window to place my order, Nelson tells me that I needed to go around and get back in line again to place my order. I calmly asked him why do I have to get back in line again when I've been waiting in this long line patiently like everyone else, and that he just took the orders of the two cars ahead of me which I know they didn't order at the first window like myself, because again NO one answered or simply say,"just one minute please". He didn't care what I was saying and just continued to ask me to move and go back around to get in line again. I asked for a manager, he said no one was there and that I would have to call. Then continues to just tell me again to move and go back in like again because he will not serve me and have other people to serve behind me. So I simply asked for his name and said I will be calling whoever is in charge because his treatment is unacceptable. I certainly won't be coming...

The worst McDonalds I have ever seen. An employee took my order in the drive thru today and WOW was I shocked to hear how disrespectful employee that took my order. First of all he took the drive thru that was next to me even though I was first, but it’s okay I let it go. It was my turn and he asks what I wanted. I said i wanted two mcchickens and two small fries. He thought I said i wanted a 2 for 5, I said no and repeated my order. After putting in what I asked for he said next window. I never EVER SAID I WAS DONE WITH MY ORDER. My anger was only increasing and I just replied with “ I never said I was done “ . I ordered a large fruit punch, a large coke and a large strawberry lemonade. He literally said NO . I was like excuse me?? What do you mean No? He said we dont have that I said have what??? He was literally making no sense and I asked what do you have he said tea coffee and fruit punch so I ask no soda? He said yes. Like what??? Literally my boyfriend got so fed up at the amount of disrespect he was giving me and just cutting me off at any chance he got just to end my order. He told the guy that I never said I was finished and to allow me to continue with my order because he constantly kept saying “ NEXT WINDOW NEXT WINDOW” literally dismissed my entire order. I wasn’t done ordering but I just left there was No way I was going to give service to such a disrespectful service I got. NEVER AGAIN DO...

To sum up my experience at this place I decided to stop in for a frozen coffee which is one of my usual cravings. However at this particular location which I found to be very convenient beings that it was right off of the main Highway there was no way for me 2 successfully accomplish my goal. At the window it seems like this worker had a very difficult time understanding me. After placing my order three times he proceeds to tell me that the frappe machine is down. This means that I was not going to achieve my goal and successfully quenching my craving for a frozen coffee. I thought well maybe I'm being a little over-reactive but after waiting in line for well over 5 to 7 minutes with two cars in front of me I was seriously thinking about going to Dunkin Donuts which was right down the street. But the line moves on and I successfully made my way to the windows where I could pay this very good-looking young gentleman. Only to be surprised that it took him well over a minute to give me my change back of which I received mainly quarters. Then as I made my way to the window to receive my drinks that I had ordered. The cute young girl at the window seem to be taking her time solving other problems instead of just grabbing the drinks and giving them to me. Overall this was a very unpleasant experience and I will not be making my way to that particular McDonald's anymore...
