This is the worst customer service at any wawa I experienced. I asked the guy I believe named Robert if they had Apple Pay here and he acts smug and responds condescendingly “this is a corporation, all corporations have Apple Pay. Only small convenience stores don’t have it” what kind of jerk responds like that instead of just saying yes. And fyi to him, not all corporations have Apple Pay, one of the biggest companies, Walmart doesn’t provide it. Maybe he should focus on actually doing his job instead of acting like he knows what he’s talking about. I hear him being nice to other customers later on, let me clarify, the WHITE customers that look like him
Edited on august 8th, went in to get a hot chocolate in the morning, cashier looked like she hated her life and didn’t want to do her job. Didn’t even ask if I had a rewards card to scan but I showed her mine and then she asks the next customer if he has one….next time just keep wawa to south Jersey because we do it better there. Read moreI’ve been to numerous Wawas in the area over the years and not one single day did I have a complaint for the company. But with the Wawa opening here just over a year ago. Also being a closer commute for me, has slowly decreased into becoming a full disappointment. This store always seems to be disorganized a little. Hardly ever seen this store to be fully staffed. Orders created through the store either are created incorrectly or the food is usually not fully cooked. I ordered a breakfast burrito from here like mentioned earlier, I have never experienced quality issues from Wawa. After about an hour after eating, I started to experience severe food poisoning symptoms. I don't know what was in that burrito that caused that issue, but I was left with no choice but to never order from this store. Definitely problems with food and general, constant employee confusion but just want to focus on soda because that is the main draw for me, a nice fountain soda with ice. First time in, first week they were open, most of the flavors in the fancy Coke machine were out, 2nd time there was no ice and I had to ask to find out I could get ice at the coffee counter. Heaven forbid they put up a sign or station an employee at the soda machine. Went in today and majority of sodas and flavors are out on the fancy Coke machine. No diet Coke, no caffeine free coke, no flavors of any kind. Someone needs to read the manual and figure out how to work this machine! All visits were midday so no excuse for everything to be empty.
