MUST READ... Here I am 8:30 AM on a Saturday morning. Joanne(name changed for privacy) at Walmart told me this area had a McDonald's for breakfast. I was unimpressed. A quick search for " bomb azz brrrritos" and I'm on my way.
Immediately I identified potential as two classy businessman stepped out with smiles ear to ear. We got bacon breakfast burritos. While waiting we discovered an all you can eat chip station and the freshest salsas I've ever seen. Obviously, I indulged.
While stuffing my bags with chips I got a whiff of the bacon cooking. At that moment, I knew for the second time that I was in the right place. The first bite hit crispy bacon and chunks of melted cheese. It was a gold mine. But would every bite be the same. You wouldn't believe this but each bite got more and more exquisite.
My experience can be summarized in two words "pretty damngood." Only a few moments in my life were this good. On par with my 7 minutes in heaven with Carly(name changed for privacy) in 5th grade. Needless to say the burrito lasted less than 7 minutes but the memories will last a lifetime.
Love you, Adalbertos. See...
Read moreThe lady that took my order took approx.2 minutes to greet me once I got to the speaker, which is only irritating because there was nobody else in the line and it was 5:30 in the morning so there was nobody inside either. Then when I got to the window she sounded annoyed by my presence there, not only that but it was about 3 minutes before she even greeted me to get money after I got there. Next she tells me there is a limit to how much sauce they can give out. Have you seen the burritos that they sell here, I got 2 chorizo breakfast burritos and they limited the sauce to 4 of their little dixie cups of sauce. I've used 5 on just 1 burrito before becuase once again... They are huge! Now then onto the actual food. It was smothered in grease and tasted like they just washed the grill with chemicals, and then didn't rinse it off afterwards. The lady that was "helping" me with my order was the lady with the cast on one of her arms, unfortunately I didn't catch her name so that I could properly call one of the managers at the store to vent my...
Read moreI'm not sure why employees at a quick service restaurant don't have the ability to fulfill lines of orders quickly. I used to be a shift manager at a taqueria, and it's not that hard.
This isn't even the reason why I gave a low star review, but it sure helps add to it. Despite the fact that line shafts are not supposed to add something when a customer requests that it is excluded this is literally the second time in a week that I got something inside my burrito that I didn't want. The worst part about it is that I am over 10 miles away because I ordered two items and ate the other first. I ate half the burrito to find out that whoever assembled it decided to squeeze sour cream in it, and either they try to scoop it out of the first half and failed with the second half or failed to not put sour cream in it altogether, and failed to even construct a decent burrito.
On top of all this they won't pick up the phone. I can't reach out to anybody to ask them what happened, and what they can do to make up for it. Now I just get to be alone in my...
