This carl's jr used to be my favorite one since I live less than 5 minutes away, I used to come every day and would normally give them 5 stars. But the last 2 times have been horrible enough service and production that I've vowed to never come back again. I always order the same thing, the#17 (3 piece chicken tenders box), with a large fry instead, only the fries and a regular dr pepper with a small criss cut fry on the side. I order this so often that most of the staff automatically know it's me when I start to order and usually know exactly all the little extras, even down to the sauces.
For some reason though, the first incident I didn't get my small criss cut fries, instead I was given regular fries on top of my already ordered large fries. Annoying. and my total was 11.14 so I paid for my usual meal but didn't get that. Just recently ANOTHER HUGE MISTAKE, I ordered the #17 again, same way and it came out to $11.14 as usual, once I paid and got my food, I was assured that everything was correct and in the bag. I drove all the way home, mind you I'm a new mom and have my newborn with me 24/7. I got home and found out that I had CHICKEN STARS instead of chicken tenders. Mind you I paid 11.14. for a chicken star meal basically, that I did not want. And it was way to late to drive back and get the order corrected, and it would have been too hard to repack my baby and put her in her car seat again, etc .... Horrible horrible service. It broke my heart and I would like this to be corrected next time I...

Three months ago, I gave this location five stars. I genuinely liked it and came here often. Today? I wouldn’t feed this place to a stray dog.
From the moment I pulled up, it was a disaster. Employees were literally outside smoking something off tin foil, then casually walked back in and went to work. That alone should shut a place down — but it got worse.
At the register, they took my card out of my hand and told me I wasn’t allowed to use the PIN pad myself. Then they insisted the only way I could pay was by telling them my PIN code — which is absurd, unsafe, and shady as hell. Because I refused (as any sane person would), they told me I had forced them to throw out my food.
Except… they didn’t throw it out. They sat there and ate my meal right in front of me.
That was the moment this place lost me for good. From five stars to zero in three months — that’s how far this location has fallen. It’s filthy, it’s unsafe, it’s unprofessional, and now it’s flat-out untrustworthy.
I will never come back here again. This isn’t a fast-food restaurant anymore — it’s a circus run by people who don’t care and don’t belong in customer service. If corporate has any standards left, this store should be audited immediately.
One star — and that’s only because zero isn’t an...
Read moreHaving to wait behind someone who orders almost the entire menu (exaggeration but the order total was in the high $20s.) is unacceptable, especially when you order two dollar chicken sandwiches. The franchise owner should incorporate a policy that encourages their employees to ask drivers who have large orders to pull out of the drive through so that others, who may only have one item, dont have to wait 20 mins behind them. This wouldn't have been an issue if there was a turn out lane but unfortunately this location does not have one. The food is good enough, its fast food, but with the wait times I would easily pass this location to the many other options right down the street. Improve upon this and it would easily be a 4...
