Subway — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

Not a friendly environment. Had a coupon and knew the restrictions/exclusions of coupons, but when I went to order what according to the coupon was allowed, I was told, "NO .. you can only order from the 'create your own' panel .. Manager said so" This was after I'd stood in line, patiently, and when I was next in line and standing at the counter .. an employee walks up and without a hello or a please or any sort of greeting was told to HAND THEM A BAG OF CHIPS FROM MY SIDE OF THE COUNTER!!!!! Then, without so much as a grunt, he walked away after I handed it to him. In between asking me what I wanted on my 3 sandwiches individually(which I had explained to the gal were all going to be the exact same, so it would be an easy order) she then started talking to her two co-workers in a different language while cutting her eyes towards me which in turn made the other two people look at me as if they were talking about me.

There were several other things that happened, but I'm not going to type it all here. Just to make it plain .. it was extremely poor customer service (the gal behind me wasn't faring much better in her...

So I've gone here a few time with very little problems, the drive thur is fine if it makes a mistake its easily fixed at the window but today the lady wanted to argue with me over my order, a blt and some cookies with a coke. She took my card and gave me a sandwich and i sat there waiting for my drink and cookies that she told me i didn't order once i got her attention So she took my card ran it again (kind of frustration but hey it like $1 diffence not a big deal) i get down the road and i see i have a meatless sandwich so i turn around go inside the manager is distracted with some party order pretty much implied it was my fault the sandwich had no meat but made a new one while my kids fussed in the store (what i was hoping to avoid by the drive thur) they didnt offer an "im " or a hey heres 2 extra cookies for the trouble (you know they throw put all the cookies at night anyway) ANY THING ANY KIND OF IM SORRY WOULD...

Hours of operation dont match actual hours. The drive thru was open on a friday night, but not inside the store. They had ample people working, but my guess is that they have plans tonight and rather leave early than do their job as serving customers. Why do people pick places to work when they do not want to actually do the job? Now I have to rely on the fact that I ordered from the drive thru to get my custom sandwiches when I could have ensured my order was correct by going inside. Definitly the last time I'm coming here.

To add to my review.. no my order was not correct. I ordered a BLT and because I chose not to get any extra toppings, all I got was bacon on bread.. though, a BLT is Bacon Lettuce and Tomato. I will be in the restaurant as soon as it opens in the morning to have a talk...
