Normally I would give it 5 Stars. However, the last time I ordered they were so slow. Fifty minutes after ordering online they still haven't started my order.
I called the store and person who picked up the phone told me she was abandoned by her boss and had over thirty pizzas to make.
She told me after she prepares my pizza it will take another hour and a half to deliver it to me. I asked if it would help if I came to the store to pick up my order. She said if I want it sooner then come to the store for pickup.
On my order I had given them an $8 plus dollar tip for the delivery driver. Since I was picking it myself I asked them to remove the tip.
I was told they would cancel the payment already billed to my credit card and that I will pay when I come to pick up my order.
Mind you, this is during our Bomb Cyclone Rain Event that gave our city almost 6 inches of rain in a 24 hour period. They asked me to come there in less than an hour and I did.
I got to the store and after explaining who I was I got my delivery. When I got home I was soaking wet. I looked at the receipt and discovered I was charged over 4 dollars for delivery.
Nothing they did was for my benefit. Normally, a business will comp customers who are inconvenienced yet helpful. No apologies were given and no explanation on how they intend to remedy things for future orders.
This store, like I said at the beginning, normally does a great job. I'm sorry for the staff who told me her boss hates her. I hope they get their act together there because there are several Pizza Places in my area to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFor The First Time Ever We Ate Or Pizza @ The Location And Though The New Seatting Area Is Nice It Lacks The Details Of A Normal Pizza Restaurant(Like Pizza Hut) Such As Salt, Pepper, Crushed Peppers And Parmesan Shakers At The Tables. And When We Asked For Crushed Peppers And Parmesan Packets, We Were Told It'd Be An Additional $3.00. That Felt Cheap And Insulting. We Had Just Spent Over $20 On A Small Pizza And This Pizza Restaurant Couldn't Spare A Dash Of Crush Pepper And A Sprinkle Of Powdered Cheese For It's Patrons... Please. Worst Yet, When We Asked For Salt And Pepper We Were Told That They Don't Carry That At The Restaurant... Seriously! What Kind Of Restaurant Is This? We Obviously Didn't Feel Welcomed To Eat Our Food There, Eventhough Our Food Was HOT AND TASTY. It Was A Sad Experience. My Companion Is A Pizza Hut Fan. It Was My Idea To Go To Dominos. I Felt Bad.
Dominos Needs To Offer A More Welcoming Restaurant Experience. That Means Stacking Their Tables Properly And Training Their Staff To Work In A Dominos' Pizza Restaurant Instead Of A Dominos'...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSecond time ordering pizza at the Domioes on Folsom Blvd and will never again. (1st time was over the phone, 2nd was online.) After waiting over an hour, I called and spoke to a girl who had an attitude right when she answered. She rudely informed me that it's 'on the list' and they'll 'get it started sometime tonight'. I asked for an estimated time and she said 'maybe an hour'. This being the second time having this issue, I asked for the manager and for it to be canceled.(I was not interested in eating at 10pm on a week night) She informed me that she is not allowed to let anyone talk to the manager.(we all know that's not true) Further in the conversation she told me she WAS the manager, but refused to give me her name and informed me that she was not going to do anything. THEN told me she was not the manager and hung up on me! There was so much more that this girl said on the phone, but to keep it short. She was insanely rude, refused to give correct info about the manager and refused to...
