These guys been here for me since 2020 before they were ice vault, when it was just a buy, sell and trade gold. Edo and his brother is super cool, I met edo first then I met his brother after… but edo gave me some good personal advice because he cared more about teaching le then making money. He told me “don’t buy this expensive peice if it’s not in your best interest right now. Basically “if u can’t fully afford it, then don’t rush it right now”. I could afford it if I saved but the things I’ve done by not buying that jewelry within these last 3 years were life changing and life altering. Now I’m getting my price made and I feel like I’m not making any mistakes with any regrets… that’s to my guy edo’s advice.

Ice Vault has earned a customer for life. I was helped by Narek and E, either of them will take excellent care of you. I had a special request; I wanted unpolished, uncut diamonds set in custom twist on earring backs. They were able to source the diamonds and the backs. The diamonds they found are incredibly beautiful. There was an issue with the first earring backs, causing them to be unusable. They did not charge me extra for replacements, still delivered an incredible product on time, and stayed in constant communication with me to keep me updated on the situation. Came in today to get some nuggets and I also wound up getting a grill made. Their prices are great even tho gold just went up. I got a quote from Ralph’s and a quote from High line Jewelry and They was ridiculously over priced for 10 top 10 bottom. Ice Vaults price are WAY better. The custom piece they have are very nice and hit just way better than Ralph’s and High Lines. Not only are their prices way better their customer service is FANTASTIC they make you feel like family, wait here is the best part tho they said my grill will be ready in 14 days maybe even a week depending on there schedule not a month...
