This place is great. The food is fresh, and if you're familiar with how Mongolian BBQ works, you understand the major plot points and can skip ahead.
For those of you uninitiated to the world of MBBQ, it works this way. Grab a bowl, fill it with all your favorite ingredients (for me this usually includes the following: spinach, noodles, chicken, broccoli, pineapple, garlic, etc) and then pour sauces on top - 10 different kinds are available and I encourage you to use many of them in sufficient amount. I strongly recommend no less then 10 ladles.
Next, you hand it to the chef that cooks it up for you. Didn't get the sauce combination correct? No worries! This place is all you can eat. So go back and do another bowl. Yummy!
Also, extremely fresh and satisfying, cause you only put in what you like.
Anyway, quiet and quaint place with a friendly staff and a nice selection of ingredients to add to your bowl.
My teenage daughter loves it and we occasionally go for lunch or dinner when it's just the two of us. My wife and other daughter are Gluten free and this place is not...
Read moreDon't normally write reviews but this place was absolutely amazing. Didn't expect much considering the no reviews on google, and it's a smaller location/non-chain location.
The noodles, meat, and veggies were all great. They had a good sized selection of each, and even the sauces had a good selection. I think the chef cooks on a slightly lower heat than normal Mongolian BBQ restaurants, because it felt like the sauces I poured in actually cooked right in to the noodles. Normally whatever I added doesn't feel like it enhanced the flavor. Truly, there are some other places with more variety in meats, veggies, and sauces. But none of them have compared to the taste and quality of this place.
The actual restaurant is pretty run down/below average in looks, but who cares. The booths were fat friendly for fat people like myself, and they were comfortable. Only true complaint I have about the place is the eggflour soup was really, really bland. But when you're paying $7 for a plate and $8 for all you can eat, that isn't much of...
Read moreLet me start off by saying that I love this place. The food is great, the staff is excellent, and the place is clean. This is one of those places that you choose out your ingredients and they cook it right in front of you (I've seen more than one customer get angry and walk out because of this). But it's a great experience. In my opinion it's almost impossible to screw it up, grab your choice of noodles, then meat (they have lamb on Sundays which is delicious), then veggies, then top it all of with seasonings of your choice (if you suck at cooking like me don't be afraid to ask for some help at this point, also don't be afraid to experiment). Great place to be, very family friendly and they have 2 tvs one of which always has sports on if you like that sort of stuff. And all this is pretty cheap, if I'm not mistaken it's like $14 for a unlimited drinks (fountain not the alcoholic kind) and...
